Hi Our names are Lorna and Neil,we live in Edinburgh and have been updating this property for the last couple of years. We come here as often as we can with our 2 children and our dog Ozzy, he absolutely loves it here and can't wait to get into the sea.

(guests are responsible for the disposal of smokers materials) well behaved dogs are welcome here. Please ensure you clean up after them. this property has electric radiators throughout, internet access provided and a gaming console in the rear bedroom with some games( please note it is the responsibility of the tenant to monitor children's access to both of these facilities provided) new laminate flooring in the kitchen and living room , and new carpets throughout the rest. Outside: enclosed garden with table and chairs to the rear of property( this is a great sun trap away from the sea breeze) Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen provided and property is cleaned after each use.

A coomfortable and well equipped holiday apartment

We enjoyed our stay at this well furnished and well equipped holiday apartment on the sea-front at Spittal.

It is convenient for coastal walks from Lindisfarne, the Farne Islands, to St Abbs Head, the fascinating town of Berwick and interesting inland activities as at Ford and Etal.

Perfect beach front position as described

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay although the weather could have been kinder!

The garden was very safe and secure for our 2 small dogs, who also enjoyed their daily walks on the beach. The accommodation

Suited us very well and we found lots of dog- friendly places to eat in and around Berwick, Crookham, Warkwell and Ford to name a few!

Perfect location.

Clean, well equipped property with wonderful panoramic views of the sea. The huge living room window provided and ideal place to watch the seal, dolphin and sea birds. It is a short distance from Berwick-upon-Tweed which has great walks around the walls and in the town. Everyone is very friendly and the trip around the Guild Hall (old prison) was fascinating and very cheap! Northumberland once again provided a great holiday and we visited places we had not been to before despite staying there several times. The whole holiday was wonderful and it did not rain until we set off home!

Lovely area for a short break

The unit was cozy and the Spittal promenade was a perfect location to enjoy a quiet respite on the coast. Just a couple of observations ... things needed a good dusting off in the apartment and the hot water tap was a bit cool for our liking (family of three). The manager was very responsive before arrival and during the stay as needed. A good experience!

Excellent property with stunning view. Highly recommended, dog friendly.

Very good experience of both the property and area. Property was excellent and catered for all our needs.Stunning views over the sea and of the tide coming in. Pity we missed the dolphins as we were out walking around Berwick. Would definitely come again. People in Berwick so helpful and polite. Fabulous few days.

Absolutely Brilliant!

Had a great stay, the beach is so close and our dogs absolutely loved it. Neil & Lorna made sure everything was set up for our stay including leaving a couple of small bottles of wine, a welcome card and some chocolate. We are looking at when we have some dates free so we can go again!
