A pet friendly with WiFi two bedroom cottage at the heart of Mundesley Village. We have; Local stores, cafes, hotels and a Public House are all less than five minutes stroll, along with the blue flag award winning beach, which is also less than five minutes stroll from the front door.

The Village also has; Post Office, village store, chemist, veg shop, flower shoppe, hardware and other public services e.g. Tourist Info.

About Michael Martin

Hello I'm Michael

I have owned The Beach House since it was built in 2006.

I live locally now but originally bought the house to spend time on the beautiful North Norfolk coast as a retreat from busy city life.

I manage the Barn & Beach portfolio, you can find Beach Place, Beach View, Church View (Happisburgh) & Maydrift Cottage (Mundesley) on this site too.

The houses are run and maintained to a high standard so that our guests may enjoy peaceful relaxed breaks on the beautiful Norfolk coast, true homes from home.

I look forward to welcoming you to North Norfolk.

Notes on accommodation: Guests should note bathroom is accessed via master bedroom, so may not suit mixed groups. There is a downstairs toilet to help alleviate this aspect. One well behaved dog is welcome by prior arrangement. Full Wifi available Outside: Nicely appointed secluded south facing garden is a sun trap and a comfortable spot to while an afternoon or two. Utility Room: Contains access to rear south facing garden. Toilet and wash hand facility, washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Quality bedding and hand towels are provided. Guests should bring Bath & Beach towels. Other: Attached to the galley kitchen is a dining/breakfast room with table and chiars to seat four.

It is the best presented cottage I have ever stayed in. spotlessly clean. Ideally situated.

We were thrilled with the cottage. WI FI so easy to access. Loved walking from the cottage across field to the beach. Very close to the bus route, shops restaurants. Loved the beach, and easy reach of eating places after a hard day sight seeing. comfy beds at the end of the day. Would love to come back one day

Great little cottage very well situated for parks and beach. Cosy sitting room and great little sun trap garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. Very good base to explore the beautiful Norfolk coast.

Great location with 5 minute walk to sea front and lovely sandy beach . Perfect for dogs . Cosy and clean cottage . Would recommend.

Mundesley is a compact but very well appointed village, the cottage is at the heart of all of the amenities.

Cromer & Sheringham are twenty minutes to the west.

Norwich forty minutes south and The broads approx half an hours drive/

The village has some delightful shops, especially the local RNLI store, a traditional Butcher, Greengrocer, a small village grocers. Library and post office. A good choice of hotel and pub restaurants on both sides of the village ensure you never have far to walk.
