Our spacious apartment is situated on the ground floor of a substantial building that was constructed around the turn of the 20th century. It stands in a convenient position, about 100m from the sea front, and a 2 minute walk to the town centre and famous steam railway. The apartment comes with an allocated parking space.
It has two double bedrooms a bathroom and a separate toilet as well .
We are a non-smoking establishment.

About Louise Palmiero
My name is Louise - I live in Milton Keynes with my husband and five children . As a child i enjoyed lots of family holidays In Swanage and I fell in love with this quaint seaside town , lots of wonderful memories . My children now love it as much as I do and my two eldest have been on holidays there too ! When my dear dad died, a few years ago, and left some inheritance - we thought he would have approved of us buying a flat and carrying on with the memories . My sister lives in Scotland , my mum near us , so between us and our children we all use it and love it there . When we are not using it we rent it out - hope you love it as much as we all do !

As soon as we looked at this property we all loved it . A beautiful, high ceilinged , spacious , ground floor apartment that had a lovely feeling about it . The location was more than we had hoped for - so close to the beach you can wear your swimming stuff down ( if your brave enough!!!!! ) a few minutes to the town and out of the back door , bottom of the road - the green that looks out to sea ( sometimes I take a cup of tea down there , sit on the bench and take it all in ) !

We fell in love with Swanage , Dorset & Louise,s apartment in three short days!
We had perfect weather!!! to explore this little gem, & Richmond Lodge was "home"
Very comfy, very clean & very well equipped , we can,t wait for our next visit. Parking was really safe & easy, & the gorgeous beach really is only 2 minutes walk away. Elisabeth.

Great apartment & location to the centre of Swanage
Great location for the centre of Swanage with the added bonus of a parking space to the property.
Overall a good sized apartment, with everything you need for a short break. Bedrooms were of a good size and allowed us the space to use a Chico next to me bed for our 13 week old baby.
The apartment was also warm, a great benefit with a baby & experiencing some very wet weather whilst we were in Swanage.
Communication from the owners was good too. We would look to stay again if visiting Swanage & would happily recommend to others.
Very close to town centre
The property is clean and tidy. Very well kitted out with indoor and outdoor games, dvds etc....

Perfect location for a relaxing stay
We stayed here for 3 nights last week and found it thoroughly relaxing. The apartment has a bright and spacious lounge which was easily enough for my wife, 2 daughters and i. The kitchen was equipped well and the bathrooms had everything you need. The bedrooms were cosy and we all slept well- partly because of the sea air and all the great walking you can do from here. The apartment was very easy to find and it's good that there is parking out front specifically for this flat. The location is almost perfect- right on the beach and 1-2 minutes stroll from the town centre and beach. We didn;t use our car for 3 days because there were so many stunning coastal walks to do and places to visit. We took the steam train to Corfe castle which was stunning. Our daughters (11 and 14) really loved the location and the proximity to the beach. You can always tell with holiday lets when the owners are frequent visitors because everything works and it is well looked after. This is certainly the case. The communication and information from the owners before and during our stay was also invaluable. We will be back in the summer for sure.

Coast/Beach: A 2 minute walk to the beautiful sandy Swanage beach and sea front ( honestly two minutes !!) and a few minutes to the town centre . Guests always mention how great the location is !!!

Booking Notes: £100 deposit, with the remainder payable 4 weeks in advance of your holiday. Changeover Day: The apartment is available from 2.00 pm on the day of your arrival. We ask that guests vacate the apartment by 10.00am on the day of departure.
