The property is situated on the hill looking down over the town, the estuary is visible from the garden. The garden is secluded and quiet but only a 5 minute walk onto the main high street and water front. The property is light and spacious and furnished in a comfortable and relaxed fashion.

Perfect Holiday Home

We have come back to this lovely apartment, and have booked again.

The location is perfect for access to the centre of Salcombe and to Batson for sailing.

The facilities are excellent , especially for those engaging in outdoor activities.

The garden is roomy and private

good size and location but tired

We were happy with the overall size of property and location, however the general decor and cleanliness was extremely poor. Damp was visible and also gave off an odor. Especially in the bunk bed room which we had to have windows open in for the duration.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. We are glad that you were pleased with the size of the property but are sorry that the cleanliness was not as you would have wished. We have spoken to the care taking company and hope that in future this will not be an issue. Some decorating works have been carried out and further works will take place in the Autumn.

Great Salcombe property

This is a great family house, all on one level but feels spacious and substantial. The garden is ideal for toddlers and the children's room sleeps up to 6! Tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchen, great laundry room, space to hang wet suits, parking and centrally located to walk into centre. Ticks all the boxes!

The town of Salcombe is approximately and hours drive from Exeter.
