The property is situated on the hill looking down over the town, the estuary is visible from the garden. The garden is secluded and quiet but only a 5 minute walk onto the main high street and water front. The property is light and spacious and furnished in a comfortable and relaxed fashion.

We have come back to this lovely apartment, and have booked again.
The location is perfect for access to the centre of Salcombe and to Batson for sailing.
The facilities are excellent , especially for those engaging in outdoor activities.

We were happy with the overall size of property and location, however the general decor and cleanliness was extremely poor. Damp was visible and also gave off an odor. Especially in the bunk bed room which we had to have windows open in for the duration.
This is a great family house, all on one level but feels spacious and substantial. The garden is ideal for toddlers and the children's room sleeps up to 6! Tastefully decorated, well equipped kitchen, great laundry room, space to hang wet suits, parking and centrally located to walk into centre. Ticks all the boxes!
The beaches are a 10 minute trip on the ferry from the town centre and are the most beautiful and unspoilt beaches.
The town of Salcombe is approximately and hours drive from Exeter.
Exeter 1 hour, Plymouth 30 minutes.
