These 3 delightful 2-bedroom holiday villas sleep up to 6 people and are situated in a secluded waterside location. Each has a master bedroom with ensuite WC & shower room, twin bedroom, separate family bathroom, lounge and kitchen/diner. There is an outdoor terrace at the front of each villa, overlooking the Creek across the gardens, as well as allocated parking. Located on a private park with gardens running down to the Creek, these holiday villas are in a peaceful and relaxing waterside setting, just a 5-minute drive from the ferry terminal at Fishbourne. All 3 cottages are situated next door to one another, which makes for perfect accommodation for larger groups who would like to be in neighbouring properties.

I live in England with my partner and 9-year-old daughter. We love our trips to the Isle of Wight, in particular for the variety of attractions that the island offers us all. We have thoroughly enjoyed our family trips to the infamous Blackgang Chine and Robin Hill Adventure Park, as well as some wonderful meals out at the many top class restaurants on the island. There are also beautiful walks at Alum Bay in the Needles Park and through the beauty of Shanklin Chine that we would thoroughly recommend to all. Being into our sailing, we love the excitement that the many sailing events bring to the Isle of Wight including Round the Island Yacht race in June, which is a wonderful sight and with the holiday villa being close to Cowes, it's ideal for the Cowes Week Sailing Regatta in August.
What makes this Villa unique
The holiday villas are ideally located just 5 minutes from the ferry terminal at Fishbourne and within easy reach of all the island's main attractions. Given that there are 3 holiday villas next door to one another, they are ideal for larger groups wanting to stay in neighbouring properties. We have taken advantage of this in the past and had the wider family come to stay in all 3 properties. Plus each property has an allocated parking space, so there is ample space to park cars. The waterfront views make it a beautiful, peaceful and relaxing base for a stay on the island.

- Notes on accommodation: All linen and towels are provided for your stay. There is allocated parking for each holiday villa. A small dog is allowed at each villa. Smoking is not permitted. Outside: The holiday villas are located on beautiful and peaceful waterside private gardens. There is an outside terrace to the front of each villa, with patio table and chairs, overlooking the gardens running down to the creek. Creek Gardens is located with many footpaths and woodland trails in the surrounding area and is within easy reach of the Isle of Wight's main attractions.

Coast/Beach: Local beaches can be found within a short 5-10 minute walk along numerous footpaths and woodland trails. Travel: Creek Gardens is conveniently located just 1.5 miles from the car ferry terminal at Fishbourne and 4 miles from Cowes, with the Isle of Wight’s principal attractions within easy reach. The village of Wootton Bridge is just a short walk away - here there are shops and restaurants, a laundrette, Tesco supermarkets and other local shops. Distances: Only 0.25 miles from Wootton Bridge 4 miles from Cowes 1.5 miles from the car ferry terminal at Fishbourne Further Details: The small village of Wootton Bridge is situated on the banks of a tidal creek, which leads to the Solent. There is a Tesco supermarket located just a 7-minute walk away, as well as Majestic Wines and other local shops. There are also a number of restaurants within easy walking distance, including the beautiful Lakeside Park Spa & Hotel at Wootton Bridge with house bar and restaurant. Many other local restaurants are a short drive away.

Booking Notes: Please contact the owner for all booking enquiries and requests. A £100 returnable damages deposit is required to secure your reservation. The full payment is due 8 weeks prior to your stay. Assuming there is no damage to the property, then the £100 deposit will be returned to you within days of your departure. Deposit & booking payments by wire transfer or by cheque accepted. Changeover Day: Changeover day is on Saturday in the summer and peak season. Alternative changeovers are possible during other periods - please contact us for more details. Arrival after 3pm and departure by 10am please. Notes on prices: Please note that the Owners Direct system provides only an ESTIMATED quotation for villa rental fees. Please enquire directly with the Owner for confirmed rates. For shorter breaks, please contact us for relevant prices. Discounts are available for extended stays of two weeks or more. A price supplement will be payable for pets staying at the property. There may also be a price supplement payable for maximum occupancy at the villa.
