Under new ownership and completely refurbished with thought and style in 2014, Casa Yasamina is a detached three bedroom villa situated at Vale Centianes, Carvoeiro and is close to all amenities, including the Rocha Brava resort. Three kilometres to the centre of Carvoeiro village.

This property is compliant with the rental license legislation in Portugal and as such it's location, facilities, suitability for rental and ownership have been verified. Complete peace of mind included.

With new internal furniture throughout including three brand new bathrooms, two of which are en suite bathrooms, plus air conditioning for year round comfort, this villa is perfect for families and friends, including those with restricted mobility. The accommodation is arranged on the ground floor and the surrounding area is mostly flat. Perfect for the young and not so young. The pool also has wide steps in the shallow end enabling easier access

The fully equipped kitchen makes this the ideal choice for your self catering holiday. Lounge has large dining table seating eight and very comfortable seating plus English tv channels for that home from home feel. Air conditioning for year round comfort. Wi if included. The lounge patio doors flood the room with natural light and lead directly onto the enclosed private pool terrace and area with external table, chairs, sunbeds and parasol. In addition there is a BBQ with lawn and native flowers and shrubs including peach and orange trees.

The brand new pool, which can be heated/unheated measures 9.5m x 4.5m and 1m in the shallows to 1.80m at it's deepest point. Wide steps in the shallow end provide easy access into the water. Automatically colour changing pool lights change the pool water colour for dramatic effect after dark from 8pm to 1am ranging from blue, green and even red.

Sleeps seven. Beds are one king size in master bedroom, three single beds and one trundle bed where a lower bed slides out from beneath the higher bed. Travel cot also provided for guest aged under 18 months at time of occupancy.

Fully enclosed gated property. Parking for two cars. Driveway leading to lawned area, securely enclosed and separate from pool area for young children to play safely.

Smoking not permitted internally. Weekly maid service with towel and linen change. Please supply own cot bedding. Flexible arrival and departure days dependent on existing bookings, please contact me for availability. Accommodation available from 13.00 hours on arrival date until 10.00 hours on departure date. Minimum stay 7 nights.

Guests are assisted by discreet local managers who are available 24/7 and always happy to help. A condition of booking is that all guests accept they each have adequate insurance cover and that no liability is accepted for any loss or injury incurred. Advertised on behalf of owner by property manager with extensive knowledge of the property and locality.

This villa has everything you need

We are very impressed with this villa. The villa is very clean and well equipped, air conditioning in all the rooms is fantastic. The pool area is wonderful both during the day & at night with a lot of privacy (very quiet as well) We had a couple of minor problems which were sorted out by Chris and Elaine in a matter of hours so thanks for that.

There is a small Spar supermarket and a couple of good bar/restaurants round the corner. The closest beach is 5 mins walk away and is beautiful. We also loved the cliff walk but make sure to wear good footwear as it's quite uneven and very rough in places.

It's a 30 min stroll into Carvoeiro or about 6 euros by taxi. There's a good choice of restaurants in town, our favourite being Ele & Ela but make sure to book as they're usually vey busy.

Loved the villa and would love to return some day.

Fabulous Holiday

We were the first guests to stay in this newly refurbished villa. All beds and bedding are new, so we all had a really comfortable nights sleep. Air-conditioning units are also modern and so quiet when set in silent mode you can barely hear them.

Very clean and tastefully decorated also new fridge and kitchen appliances. Lots of power points for all our gadgets! New comfy rattan garden furniture. The pool has also been refurbished receiving sun all day and was delightfully warm, using the pool heater, for October. There was a very handy mini supermarket (Spar) just around the corner which bakes fresh bread every day - great for our lunch time sandwiches.

The villa is so close to the beach too - literally 5 minutes walk to a lovely sandy cove with toilets. We also took a boat trip to visit the caves along the coastline - which was stunning. The are several other beautiful beaches nearby too which we visited by car. Carvoeiro is the nearest town which is 2 minutes drive away. There are so many restaurants to choose from. I would recommend Primavera and Villa Medici as they serve very good Italian food, which is a family favourite! There are also some good restaurants within walking distance, La Farol in Rocha Brava is one.

All in all, we had a lovely relaxing holiday and would definitely return.

Booking Notes:
25% deposit of total cost required at time of booking. This is non refundable should you not proceed for any reason. Balance of payment due two months prior to date of occupation. In addition a security deposit of £200 is required. This is refunded following departure assuming no damages and all keys safely returned.
All payments are made by bank transfer to the owners bank account. Any bank charges involved in the transactions are also payable by you.

Flexible changeover day dependent on existing bookings. Please contact with your requirements.

Notes on prices:
All payments must clear before accommodation is occupied.

On reservation a 25% non refundable deposit of the total cost is required. This also includes 25% of the £200 security deposit. Full payment is then required no later than eight weeks before the start date of occupancy. After departure assuming no damages or losses are incurred the security deposit is refunded once the property and contents are checked.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
