Excellent apartment in a lovely central complex

I have stayed in mikes apartments in siesta mar 2 complex for the past 3 years. This apartment is lovely, fantastic location on first floor over looking the pool area. The accommodation is very clean and well stocked with facilities including a lovely coffee machine extra we enjoyed this year! Great stay again, see you next year!

Excellent holiday in a fantastic apartment

Just recently returned from a 12 night stay at Siesta Mar 2 in Mike's apartment. We stayed last year and were so impressed with everything that we decided to return, not something we normally do. We were not let down.

The complex is nicely laid out and our apartment overlooked the pool. With 3 swimming pools and a couple of slides there is something for everybody with space to lie out on loungers.

The 3 bedroom apartment is well set out and furnished with 2 twin rooms and 1 double. The apartment we have has the added advantage of a large balcony with a corner sofa and table to allow you to eat outside at all times whilst looking at the views across the pool or out to sea. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need if you do decide to cook for yourself which we did a number of times. However we would recommend the take away pizza from the on site restaurant if you want a slightly cheaper option than dinning out every night.

Mike is a great host and is always available should you need anything during your stay. On arrival we were please to find supplies to get us through including bread, butter, jams, wine, beer and pods for the coffee machine amongst other things. The apartment has also had air conditioning and a privacy door installed which are great additions although the air conditioning was not needed.

We would recommend you hire a car from opposite the entrance from auto amigos at a cost of 25-30 euros as you visit anywhere in the island from Cala N Porter although if you want to stay put the beach is a short walk away down either down the steps or the road. Definitely worth a visit on more than a couple of occasions. There are also a good choice of restaurants in the resort for those who do want to dine out.

Lovely apartment in great location

We have just returned from a week at apartment 51 in Siesta Mar 2. The weather was perfect for a relaxing week and the location of the spotless apartment was ideal for enjoying all the facilities of the complex. We loved the terrace with great furniture to lounge in the sun. All you need is provided by the friendly & helpful owner, who left supplies which we were really grateful for after a lateish arrival. Thanks Mike, hope to return another time. We had a fab late summer holiday, the island is beautiful.

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views & right next to the pool. We've just returned from the Siesta Mar, there were six of us staying & plenty of room for everyone. The apartment was beautifully clean & well equipped, the owner, Mike, had even left milk, butter, bread, wine & beer for us! We would definitely return here & will be recommending it to all our friends.
