Trebor has spacious holiday accommodation arranged over three levels, tastefully furnished and decorated to a very good standard. At the rear of the property there is a good sized area of lawned garden and a terrace with table, chairs and a barbecue - perfect for al fresco dining. A perfect base for a family to enjoy one of the most beautiful locations in the UK.

We adore Salcombe as it is to us the most beautiful place in the world.

We bought Trebor in 2006 and spent a year gutting and renovating the house completely.

We try to go to Salcombe as often as we can, our 2 daughters love Trebor as much as we do and cry whenever we leave!

Gas BBQ available. PARKING Off-road parking for one medium size car on the driveway in front of the property. Utility Room: UTILITY ROOM Accessed via a set of steps (from terrace) with washing machine and tumble dryer - also houses the boiler. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedding included, guests need to bring towels. Other: An open plan dining are has an eight foot dining table with a pew on one side (from Modbury church) and chairs on the other. This ensures that all guests can enjoy meal times together. 2 separate high chairs available.

One of the best!

My family and I have just spent a delightful week in Trebor which couldn't be more conveniently located for all the activities Salcombe has to offer, especially sailing as the boat park is a very short walk away and we brought our Laser 13 with us. The town too is just around the corner so you are never that far away from a delicious Salcombe Dairy ice cream! The house itself, although close to the harbour, is in a quiet road with very little passing traffic. We were incredibly lucky to have a week of hot weather so all our meals were taken outside making use of the well designed seating area. It is very well presented, comfortable, extremely well equipped and perfect for a family holiday. We were six adults but it can equally well accommodate small children too. We hope to return next year but possibly with a new addition to our family! Pippa is a great communicator and any queries were promptly dealt with. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this lovely holiday home.

Great house, great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a group of 6 adults and had plenty of space. The big kitchen/dining table became the focal point when we were in the house. Close to town and getting around by foot was no problem at all. Loved it!

Lovely family home

We were a group of 4 couples and stayed 2 nights at Trebor. It is in a good location near the quay and the accommodation itself is a delightful house - lovely and clean and well-equipped. We would certainly recommend it.

Perfect house and location!

Just returned from an amazing stay in Salcombe. The house is in a perfect location on a quiet road within a short walk to the shops and pubs. Really nicely furnished and a great layout makes it a lovely sociable house. Pippa is a great communicator and everything exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be returning. Can't recommend it enough!

Trebor, a home from home

Trebor is utterly amazing. We were a party of 3 couples with 2 children and a tiny baby. We can't be more positive about the facilities, the decor, the cleanliness, the attention to detail at Trebor...it is utterly amazing,quiet and terribly good value. It is also very comfortable and has 2 sitting rooms, so the children could use the front sitting room while the adults made late supper and relaxed. The dinning table is enormous, great for a lovely catch up. The facilities for young children including the stair gates, high chairs, travel cots were added features. It is an quick easy walk to the hustle and bustle of salcombe and far enough away not to be interrupted by late revellers in the centre! We loved its location as we were able to squeeze park 2 cars on the drive and then park another free up the hill. We can't wait to return, thankyou Pippa and Craig for allowing us to have such a comfortable break. Pippa is also an amazing communicator, every eventuality was covered. The island grill, 4 minutes walk away is the best burger joint suitable for fussy children in salcombe. Beware of the overpriced food elsewhere, take recommendations! I give Trebor 10 out of 10! just to say it would also suit a group of friends without children with the outside bbq and lovely garden space.

Surrounded by picturesque villages, stunning coastal scenery and beautiful beaches, Salcombe is the perfect holiday destination for all age groups.

The gentle, emerald green slopes of the South Hams hills form a spectacular backdrop to the crescent shaped estuary, which is brought spectacularly to life by the myriad of white sails that wind their way too and fro across it.

Pockets of golden sand form sheltered coves around the periphery - perfect for family days on the beach.

Salcombe has something for everyone; beaches, watersports, coastal walking, tiny side streets with varied shops and a wide choice of restaurants and public houses.

If the dates are available you this be asked to pay a deposit to guarantee your booking. This is the Security Deposit which will be refunded after your holiday once the property has been checked.
