Welcome to our home in Spain. My wife Emma and I bought this property due to our love of Spain and Costa Del Sol in particular. We have 4 children and love bringing them here on vacation as often as we can. We have lived in Dubai for the last 14 years so are no strangers to warmer climate, the clime in Spain however is perfect all year round. We have tried to create a home from home environment in this property and therefore as you explore our listing you will discover it has all the modern conveniences such as WIFI, Cable TV etc throughout. We have also built up a network of local suppliers such as Car Hire, Boat Hire, Golfing, Take Away's etc which will assist you and your family whilst here on holiday.

We holidayed many times to the area and decided we would like to own a place in Puerto Banus.
It's approximately 45minutes from the airport to the apartment and nearly every amenity you could wish for is in walking distance.
We bring our children here at least 3 to 4 times a year as there is so much for us to do as a family, from lazing by the pool, hanging out at the clubhouse or dining and people watching in the world famous port.
There are so many different parks to visit which keeps our kids occupied and with perfect weather all year round and great value for money, it's difficult to think of a better place to spend vacations.
The property is located within the Los Naranjos De Marbella community. A fifteen minute walk to the port and the beach means you really don't need a car. There is a bus service right at the front door of the development and taxis are very prompt when called.
What's great about the community is you have everything on your doorstep if you are not being too adventurous. You have your own swimming pool right in front of the apartment (this is shared with around 20 apartments). A communal swimming pool and baby pool at the clubhouse (2 minutes walk), tennis courts, padel courts and a gym. The food and beverage at the clubhouse is fantastic and is open everyday from 8am til late.
A spotlessly clean and very well maintained 2 bedroom apartment in an excellent location. After a 30 minute drive from Malaga airport (arranged by the owner) you can be relaxing by the pool which is basically at the immediate rear of the apartment. Sun loungers are available at the apartment.
The Los Naranjos complex and gardens are immaculate. I loved the location which was a short 15 minute walk into Puerto Banus. A pleasant walk to Marbella along the prom will take about an hour more but is well worth it. The L1 bus will take you direct to Marbella in around 10 minutes from right outside the main entrance and there are also plenty of taxis available in the complex if the walk is a little too far.
The apartment was very much a home from home and caters for all your needs. Fully stocked kitchen, clean towels, bedding etc and full range of uk tv available for the odd period when you need shelter from the fantastic weather.
A very large Mercadona supermarket can be accessed at the left rear of the property for all your needs - literally a 1 minute walk. Prices are excellent especially for the wine and beers! There is also an excellent restaurant beside the Mercadona "The Sisters" which serves brilliant food at very reasonable prices. There are a couple of other snack bars as well.
Highly recommended - you certainly wont be disappointed choosing this apartment.
This property is ideally situated in an exclusive development. A luxurious feel with quality furnishings and everything you need to have a fantastic holiday. We were very lucky weather wise enjoying 24 degrees everyday and enjoyed using the refreshing pool. We enjoyed the supermarket only 150 yrds away along with a few evening meals at the excellent "Sisters" tapas restaurant. It's only a 20 min walk into the port of Puerto Banus however the bus stops outside the development and takes less than 2 mins allowing you to enjoy amazing restaurants and bars and a very large beach. This apartment is an excellent choice for a lazy relaxing holiday but also provides home comforts like WiFi even at the pool, and full cable TV including all sports channels. All in all a fantastic property and we will definitely be returning.
We stayed here for a week - my husband and I and our 7 month old baby. The apartment is certainly spacious. We had stayed in a hotel the previous week and appreciated the additional bedroom for our baby. The owner was accommodating in procuring a travel cot.
The club house was a highlight for us; it was nice to pop out in the evenings and spend time there. The proximity of the large supermarket is also very convenient.
Unfortunately there were a number of things which disappointed us. The apartment is not really within "easy" walking distance to Puerto banus. We are fit people who regularly go to the gym. However, the walk is about twenty minutes, along a very busy network of roads. You have to pass a hectic junction which does not have a pedestrian crossing. As we had a pram with us, we only went a few times.
The hot water throughout the flat is SCALDING hot. I burnt myself a number of times, including in the bathrooms.
There was no hair dryer in the apartment; one of the previous tenants had taken it. Some of the table ware is not up to scratch. For instance no proper mugs for drinking tea, just very small tea cups. No nice and chunky tea pot.
In the end we had an ok stay but sadly won't be returning.
Visited Los Naranjos for the second time this year, this time with my husband, Mum and Dad, and yet again it was fantastic. Great Apartment, handy club house, supermarket, reseteraunts the sisters taperia is fab. Easy walk into Puerto Banus we will defo be back.....
Fabulous apartment, it is really home from home, immaculate, excellent location, 15-20 min nice easy walk to Puerto Banus. Fab outside space the sun terrace off the twin room is great for an early evening sun trap. Local supermarket 2 mins away, along with three great restaurants, 1 more a cafe, and of course the resort club, with tennis, pool and kids pool, Would highly recommend already planning for a week this year if I can fit it in, or defo for next year. FABULOUS!!. .
15 minute walk to Puerto Banus, Beach and Marina/Restaurants, Bars and Shops. Within a 10 minute drive are the beaches and promenades of Marbella Town and San Pedro.
There are several options of transport from Malaga airport to the apartment. We can arrange a private transfer from Malaga airport to the apartment (circa 60Euro)
Alternatively there are taxis or a direct bus service available to Marbella centre, then a short taxi journey to the apartment.
Marbella town and beach is approximately 10 mins taxi journey, with the beaches of San Pedro 10/15 mins drive in the opposite direction. Access to Gibraltar by car/bus is approximately 45-60 mins.
All the shops. restaurants, bars, golfing, amenities you will ever need are virtually on your door step. You really can leave the car behind and walk to it all if you wish.
There is a bus service right outside our community and taxis will be with you within 5 minutes. It's all here right on your door step. We will only ever be a phone call or email away with a property manager on site you will always be connected.

We ask for a 30% deposit per booking with the balance paid 30 days prior to arrival.

Changeover days are flexible and on a case by case basis as is arrival and departure times. We will do our utmost to ensure your needs are looked after first.
