Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony with sea view, enclosed roof terrace, pool

The apartment offers three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms one on each floor. Off the living room is a spacious balcony with sea views, where the meals are taken advantage of. Via the upper floor is reached the large and solfyllda roof terrace. The apartment is equipped to give you a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The services include Wi-Fi, TV with Nordic, English and Spanish channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has of course a dishwasher for your convenience. Two of the bedrooms and the living room has an AC for cooling in the summer and a little heat when needed.

Golf, swimming and shopping!

The immediate area has a great variety and has something to offer everyone!


Within 20 minutes by car achieved four väldkända and nice 18-hole golf courses. Villamartin 11 minutes, Las Ramblas 8 minutes Golf Campoamor 10 minutes and last but not least, Las Colinas Golf 18 minutes.


There are many beaches that you can reach in 5 to 10 minutes more of these are Blue Flag, one of our favorites is a small beach called Cala Capitan close it finds a nice family-run restaurant for light lunch and delicious dinners - Chez Felix. Do you want to take the bus so it is also easy, with the bus will take you to Playa de la Glea.


La Zenia Boulevard is the Alicante region's largest shopping mall here is everything you could possibly need! You will easily get here either by car about 5 minutes or by bus.

The area and its vicinity

The area has a great pool for lounging days!

Would you be a little more active, you can spend time in the area's own gym and why not book a sauna and jacuzzi that leaching of a wonderful day!

The area is located in a quiet and peaceful part of Cabo Roig. It is walking distance to the grocery store Aldi, a number of restaurants and bars. On the roof at the Irish pub is a restaurant called Soul Kitchen which we highly recommend.

The bus stop can be found on the road that runs above the Aldi and restaurant are - a blue bus stop pole.

Very high quality accomodation and excellent service from the owner! 100% recommend.

Great location and beautiful accommodation so clean and well equipped. The upstairs terrace is an absolute gem in the evening sun and the front balcony in the morning. There is a supermarket at the top of the road and lovely bar 'The Avenue' and restaurant ' The Street'. Lovely welcome from Inge when we arrived at the apartment and excellent communication at all times with Eva and Rickard. You would not be disappointed to stay here. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay. Sarah and the Girls.

Sehr schönes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement

Empfangen wurden wir äußerst freundlich von der netten Verwalterin Inge ( englisch sprechend ).

Sie führte uns kurz durch das Appartement und erklärte uns alles ( Regeln für die Pool und Fitness Benutzung )

Das Appartement ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, und macht sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Einziger Grund zu einem Stern Abzug ist die etwas spärliche Ausrüstung mit Koch und Essgeschirr. Wenn wir hier für 5 Personen kochen wollten, sind wir schon an Grenzen gestoßen.

Sonst gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen.

Gerne kommen wir wieder, wenn es sich irgendwie einrichten läßt.
