B) A supply of sandwiches, pastries, cakes and scones delivered on the required date to offer a beautiful afternoon tea.

Large TV, DVD player. New beautiful fully fitted kitchen with vaulted ceiling, large stove, American fridge freezer, dishwasher. Large archway with oak beams leads to the dining room with oak floor. Dining table can easily sit up to 9. Door opens on to enclosed patio and gardens including a hot tub. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A separate cloakroom also in this area. This has been newly renovated to the highest standard, offering a beautiful property with traditional looks but modern facilities to give a memorial holiday. Outside: Both properties include private garden areas ideal for young children and relaxing. They both include garden furniture and patio area for relaxing on a nice day. Cobblers Barn offers a HOT TUB ideally placed for a relaxing stay in a private area in the sheltered rear garden. Springwater View has a HOT TUB in the totally enclosed sheltered rear garden over looking the valley.

                                            This was our second time staying in Cobblers Barn, we absolutely loved it. Perfect for us. The log burner makes it nice and cosy during the winter which is perfect for when you're coming in out of the hot tub. There was 7 of us and there was more than enough room for everyone. The only negatives we found were the shower cubicles in the ensuite bathrooms were slightly on the small side but that's nothing major. We also found that the hot tub is a bit small, we couldn't all get in together as only seats 6 which when there is 7 of you, the person who couldn't get in just has to sit on the table outside or go in the house, but even when there were 6 of us in it's a bit cramped.

                                            But overall we still adore this house and look forward to coming back next year

                                            From start to finish the home was quality! Bring a few things to do as a very rural area, however exactly what we was looking for!

                                            Once again the whole house is homely and filled with quality furnishings. I would definitely recommend.

Local Attractions include parkland and Medieval castle as well as Golf, Mountain Biking, Sailing and Canoeing all within an hour of the property. Further Details: The Crown - local restaurant 3 minutes walk provide excellent local food The Rose and Crown Country pub in Romaldkirk (2 miles) A range of local shops in Middleton-in-Teesdale (2 miles) include butchers, supermarket, bank, Post Office and various takeaway outlets. Barnard Castle the local market town offer a larger range of local shops and cafe's. Bowes Museum is a beautiful french chateaux exhibiting fine arts and beautiful grounds.
