Downlands 3 bedroom detached house with lovely gardens in peaceful location
Downlands is a modern detached property on the desirable Herring's Lane. It has the benefit in being in central Burnham Market, yet it peaceful and has 2/3 parking spaces on a gravelled drive. The gardens are enclosed with beautiful walls.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms:
Bedroom one has a king-size bed, two bedside tables and an integrated wardrobe
Bedroom two has a double bed Bedside table and an integrated wardrobe.
Bedroom three has a small double bed a tallboy and a bedside table.
It has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with a large shower, toilet, sink and bidet. Downstairs it has a large lounge with Samrt Tv, a fabulous dining table. There is a modern fitted kitchen with integrated fridge - freezer, dishwasher and a utility suitable for the dog and a brand new washing machine.
Burnham market-did you want in the crown of North Norfolk is in area of outstanding natural beauty. It is an absolutely stunning Georgian village with an array of famous eateries including the Hoste Arms. It is lucky enough to have a fishmongers, watches, delicatessen called humble pie it is a wind mention many individual F it is lucky enough to have a fishmongers, butchers, delicatessen called Humble Pie, a wine merchants,many individual boutiques, it even has a hat shop.
