An attractive, spacious two-bedroomed bungalow in a quiet cul de sac location yet close to buses, shops, restaurants etc. There is easy access to several well-known walks, including famous Orrest Head. The bungalow is set in private lawned gardens and includes access to a single garage and plenty of off-street parking. The bungalow has gas central heating and also a cosy living flame fire. The cottage has been run and managed by the owners for 12 years and has had numerous repeat bookings from satisfied holidaymakers.

The owners, Pam and Harry, fell in love with the Lake District long before Moss Bank Cottage was theirs. As the lucky owners, we spend many happy weeks and stolen weekends in our lovely home from home. We hope and expect you to feel as comfortable as we do ourselves.

Why Pamela Brayford chose England

We love the village of Windermere with all it has to offer in the way of restaurants, shops etc. We are close enough to stroll into Windermere (approx 0.5 mile or so) but we also have regular buses which service all the southern Lake District right on our doorstep. The bungalow itself is very nicely situated within private gardens and is in a quiet cul de sac.

What makes this bungalow unique

We love the fact that, being a bungalow, all the facilities are on one level and are easily accessible. Also, the sunny aspect makes it a lovely home from home with plenty of natural light.
