3 bedroom house with 2 baths and lovely seaview and sunny terrace

Entrance is on the upper floor of the property, in the spacious open-plan living and dining area, with large sofa (sofa bed 140 * 200cm), table and chairs for 4-6 people. The living area has air-conditioning and a flat screen TV with all European channels. There is well-equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and all the Necessary appliances. Ook op deze verdieping vindt u een klein slaapkamer met een bed en een aparte gastentoilet. From the living area doors lead out to a big, lovely terrace with sea and mountain views. The terrace is sunny from early morning almost until sun set - so nice! There is a big sun blind, a BBQ, fully equipped with table and chairs; From the terrace, steps lead down to the lower, private terrace there you will find nice comfortable sun beds. From the living area, stairs lead down to the ground floor where you will find two large bedrooms with double / twin beds - each with one modern bathroom, and air-conditioning. On this floor you will also find a washing machine.

From this room you can also enter the lower terrace / garden through a built-in porch. The "porch" is furnished with a nice sofa so you can sit and read here or have a nice evening chat.

The apartment is tastefully and comfortably decorated throughout and has plenty of light and lovely views. There is free wi-fi and internet access. No dogs allowed due to allergies in the family.

A lovely well equipped, roomy, ideally located property.

This is our second stay at Casa Anna this year. The property is in an ideal location for all the fantastic local mountain walks or short walk into Nerja or Burrianna beach depending on your preference, a good hike up the river bed to Frigiliana. For those not keen on walking the local bus service is cheap and efficient or for a few euros travel further to Malaga, Torrox or many other lovely interesting places. However there is no need to travel far as everything you could possibly need is on your doorstep. Lots of good tapas bars, and excellent restaurants. Once again a great holiday and we will definitely return.

Fantastic spacious accommodation in great location

The property was exactly as described plenty of space both indoor and outdoor. We have visited Nerja many times and this is one of the best properties we have rented, beautifully clean with everything we needed for our stay. The location was ideal for a walk into Burriana and Nerja and also a great base for more arduous mountain and river walks,of which there are many. Excellent restaurants and bars in Nerja including le Braserria, Paulinas esquina, Sevillano, Scarlettas and many more. We will definitely return here.

Härlig uteplats med sol hela dagen och fin utsikt över Nerja.

Rymlig och ljus lägenhet med tre sovrum och lika många badrum, man slipper toa-/duschkö. Toppen med tvättmaskin, däremot finns ingen diskmaskin. Köket var lite slitet men fungerade ändå utmärkt. Wi-fi, AC och tv fungerade också som förväntat - även svenska kanaler kunde ses. Enda större minuset var att det är så lyhört mellan över- och undervåningen (alla vaknar när en går upp). Som tur var det tomt i lägenheten ovanför iallafall under vår vistelse.

Lugnt och vackert område, lagom avstånd till centrum och stranden. Två större matbutiker på promenadavstånd. Det gick bra att parkera bilen på gatan i närheten.

Owner's Response: Tack för synpunkter! Lägenheten ovanför är inte för uthyrning utan ägs av en spanjor som mycket sällan är där. Under hösten 2018 kommer vi att byta ut köket och klämma in en diskmaskin.

A superb apartment with a marvelous view!

We spent a few days in November in this absolutely superb apartment. Nice and quiet area with not too much traffic but with local bus stop, clean and cozy property with lots of space both in- and outdoors and with an absolutely stunning view from the terrace! Supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance, but don't forget the local pub/restaurant at the reception center; it's perfect for a quick bite and drink. Fast and comprehensive responses from the owner through email. This is a place to return to ... :-)

One of the most unique things about Nerja Spain is its location, nestled between the Mediterranean Sea and the majestic Sierra Almijarra mountain range. Thanks to this, Nerja is protected from the cold north winds and there fore the weather is mild all year round.

It's probably one of the only places in the world where in winter or spring you can be on the beach in the morning and in the afternoon skiing on the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada near Granada!

Nerja is conveniently located about 50kms east from the city of Malaga and about 100km from the city of Granada. Both Malaga and Granada have international airports, so getting to Nerja in Spain really is a breeze and you can get there Relatively cheaply.

While most other towns on the Costa del Sol have succumb to the mass tourist development, Nerja ice Relatively untouched by development and still Maintains its whitewashed charm and small-town village appeal.

Balcon de Europa.

The Balcon de Europa was formerly a 9th century castle and is now an ample promenade Which ends into a viewing point That juts out to the sea.

Nerja Caves or Nerja Caves and in fact some people come to Nerja in Spain just to visit the caves Which is, believe it or not, the 2nd most visited monuments in the whole of Spain! (Of according to Nerja Office of Tourism).

A one-kilometer section of the cave is open to the public where you can marvel at incredible stalagmites and stalactites thathave formed over thou sands of years.

The village of Frigiliana is situated six-kilometers north of Nerja and just over fifty kilometers from Malaga. Villages on the Costa del Sol do not come much more picturesque than Frigiliana. This exceptionally beautiful white-washed village is truly one of a kind.
