This charming detached farmhouse is surrounded by National Trust land in an Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty and only a stones throw from the coastal path.Five minutes walk to the safe sheltered harbour beaches, shops, cafes and pub and a ten minute stroll on the nearby coastal path to the beautiful Vault Beach. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are ten minutes drive away as is the picturesque fishing village of Mevagissey with many gift shops and restaurants. The Eden Project is nearby.The accommodation comprises of a fully equipped spacious and comfortable first floor flat with sea views and own entrance. Super fast fibre broadband available.

The perfect place for the four of us. The flat is calm and comfortable, beautiful pictures and fresh flowers add to the charm. The garden area was larger than we had expected and suited us very well. We loved the peace and quiet, being woken only by the birds, and yet a very short walk into Gorran Haven. The costal path and stunning views only a two minute walk away! We shall return!!

Stunning locations and fantastic accommodation

We had a fantastic 2 week stay in this comfortable, clean and well maintained property.

It is perfectly situated for exploring Cornwall, and is only a short walk to the beach. Only a short drive to the beautify harbor town of Mevagissey and about 20 minutes to St Austell.

The owners, Ted and Trudy, could not have been friendlier.

We have a brilliant holiday, and we will most definitely be back again !

A lovely Cornish bolthole

Super flat in a fab rural location on the edge of the village, perfect for walking the coast path! We were very lucky with the weather for October and managed long walks between the showers. The flat is 5 minutes from the coastal path with beautiful walks in either direction. The village is lovely and the cake shop is highly recommended. The flat itself is spacious and comfy, we loved it.

Lovely coastal retreat

The flat was spacious and well equipped, and the hosts very welcoming.

Can recommend the llawnroc for an evening meal and the pub at Gorran is approximately a mile walk away.

The hosts leave flowers in the flat for you which is a nice touch, and supply dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, handwash and plenty of loo rolls.

My only comment is the bedding is feather based (for those of us with allergies) which had me sneezing at itching somewhat.

You can get a bus to Mevagissey and walk back, but we found the walk both ways not too arduous. We also walked to Portloe and back but this was significantly more challenging .

Overall I'd use again if were to visit this part of Cornwall x

Great flat in a great location

Nice, clean, comfortable and spacious. Short walk to 3 great beaches and surrounding area is very beautiful. Village has a shop, cafe, chippy and a small bar. Would definitely recommend.

Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Great location with cliff top walks on your doorstep, nice beaches nearby and plenty of NT houses and gardens within a 45 minute drive. Highly recommend.

Lovely property - great location

We had a lovely stay here. Trudi and Ted were very welcoming and we had everything we needed during our stay. The property is in a great location - some local amenities and near to a number of beautiful beaches. We'd love to come back sometime!
