Sleeps 7-10. Spacious (75m2) , sunny, three bedroom corner apartment full of natural light and with wonderful views. Superb location, both picturesque and convenient. 150m walk along a quiet road (no passing traffic except for access) to ski lifts . No need for car or transport in the village. The vast Alpe d'Huez ski area (250km2) is suitable for every level of skier from the complete beginner to the off piste enthusiast. Oz-en-Oisans is nestled halfway up the mountain amidst fir trees, the village centre is traffic free and perfect for a family holiday. SUMMER. With our three boys we have spent ALL school holidays (and more) in Oz for the last eight years, we know the area well and will be pleased to try and answer any questions that you may have. Tour de France, La Marmotte, Megavalanche and numerous cols all on the doorstep for biking enthusiasts: road and downhill.We have a large secure private garage ideal for bike maintenance. Free tennis court outside the front door. Mountain walks for all abilities (large collection of local maps and guides in apartment)Via ferrata. Canyoning. Climbing, indoor and out. Local village markets.Tree top park. Little (but important) things provided: washing up liquid, washing powder, tea, coffee, sugar, olive oil, herbs, spices, books and board games for all ages, DVDs, local maps and guide books etc.

Notes on accommodation: Beds are made up for your arrival and towels are included. Sunday change over days! We feel this offers many advantages; a quicker drive up to the resort, no queues for lift passes and ski hire, cheaper flights, more time for us to prepare the apartment and make your beds, but most importantly Saturday is the BEST day to spend on the pistes. If Sunday doesn't suit you then Saturday may be possible, please do ask. Outside: Balcony 1 : Large balcony with wonderful view to Belledonne mountains. Table and chairs available for outside dining for smaller groups in spring and summer, or relax in Globo hanging chair. Balcony 2 : Having this second balcony creates a light and airy living room. Other: Private secure garage. Ski locker.

Lovely apartment. Would definitely recommend it. Lots of space - we were 7, 6 adults and 1 teenager, and had plenty of space. We ate in quite a bit and the slow cooker was ideal for us. Great views down the mountain and short walk to ski lifts and bakery. Nikki was very helpful and very smooth getting keys and check out.

Great appartment in an excellent location

Our family of five stayed in the flat for a week. It was very well equipped and felt very spacious with a stunning view of the valley. It’s a five minute walk from the centre of Oz, particularly good when wearing ski boots! I would thoroughly recommend it. Thank you very much Emma.

Superb accommodation in fantastic location!

This property is fantastic.We have stayed in many apartments across the alps and this has to be the best so far. The pictures really do not do it justice. It is located in a very quiet road-no traffic noise and the block itself was very quiet but we did stay last week jan and resort was generally quiet so can't vouch for peak season. Plenty of room in the apt for the 4 of us, but it is kitted out for more (3 bedrooms but there are more beds in sitting room and hallway!) and would still not be crowded. Two bathrooms is always a bonus- bath and separate shower, and separate loo....no arguments at the end of a long ski day or indeed as we were getting ready to go out! Plenty of hot water at all hours of the day. Beds are very comfy, snuggly duvets (no static electric blankets you get in some places!) rooms spacious and warm, and incredibly clean. Kitchenette good enough for catering (altho we ate out most nights!) and what luxury to have a full sized fridge. Kitchen well equipped for the Brit traveller- kettle, tea pot and toaster! Enough cutlery, crockery and glasses to no need to run the dishwasher too often! The sitting room is large and light with a great dining table for competitive games of cards (or indeed any other game as the apt has lots of them for you to choose from). Good wifi . The balconies are great, especially the front one with the swinging chair- drink beer and watch the sun set- my fave part of the accommodation and as it was my birthday I had first choice of sitting in it....all week!! The apt is 5 min walk to the village (4 vey good restaurants, bakers, ski hire etc) , 5 min easy walk to L'Alpette gondola, and 8 mins easy walk to Poutran lift- altho this year we could ski through village to get there! If you have small kids you can drive 2 mins from apt to Poutran and park in large car park adjacent and dump/collect ski gear and people with tired legs esp as walk home is uphill (we have done this on a previous stay) Plenty of parking outside apt so didn't use garage but imagine useful during school holiday/peak times. Apartment very easy to find and key collection/drop off very easy -keys left in one of ski hire shops which we would have hired our skis from had we not already done so via another shop- the key drop off shop was cheaper! The apartment is a real home from home and I would not hesitate to use it again. Emma was very efficient in her communications and has created the perfect family ski apartment. Thanks!

The appartment was a real home from home.

We had a wonderful week staying in this well equipped homely appartment. The views from the lounge and balcony are stunning, perfect spot the watch the sun shine on the mountains in the morning, and catch the last rays in the evening.

Excellent apartment

Excellent sized apartment....there were 4 adults and 2 young children and we had plenty of room. Its clean, there is everything you need. Excellent rate for over New Year period. Wifi is good. We didn't use the garage, there is plenty of parking outside apartment. Close to a lift. Resort has a lovely bakery, small supermarket, a few bars and restaurants - enough for the week. Owners were great.

Wonderful views from apartment

The apartment was clean and bright, everything was provided.It had a nice comfortable, family feeling to it. It was easy to find in the village. Only a short walk from the lifts and shops, I would recommend the property and the owner was really helpful and made everything nice and easy. 5 stars . Much enjoyed.
