Immaculate, very comfortable, very thoughtful planning and wonderful location.
Mark and Eve couldn’t have been more welcoming and thoughtful. The Studio is exceptionally comfortable and has everything to make your stay really memorable and the Gazebo is the most beautiful place to relax or look at the stars - we were so lucky to have fantastic weather. The island has so many places of beauty and interest to visit, The Studio is the perfect place to make your base. We will definitely stay there again.
We are delighted to receive such a lovely review and are so pleased that our guests had such a lovely time and also want to return. Mark and Eve
Eve and Mark are as terrific as their studio. Amazing views and a good size for two. Location can’t be beat. Appreciate the extra touches and that they are open minded folks who welcome all to their place. Will be back.
Beautiful location. Perfect hosts

A beautiful studio apartment with a stunning view and fantastic hosts!
We stayed at the Boat House Studio for three nights with our 8 month old son. It was perfect for us, Mark and Eve were fantastic hosts, even a few beers thrown in! Use of the gazebo in the evening was great, watching the sunset over the sea view. The location is very convenient for travelling anywhere on the island. We would certainly recommend staying here!
A very relaxing experience
We stayed here for a week whilst visiting the Island. Even though it was hot weather, the room was lovely and cool, as well as being very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Beautiful views of the sea from the garden and a few minutes walk took us to watch the badgers at night feeding and walking up the lane. Mark and Eve were very welcoming and always on hand if we had an enquiry. Would highly recommend the Boat house studio.
