Two-bedroom house within walking distance of the historic center, Alhambra and viewpoints

Detached house completely restored and well equipped, with capacity for 2, 4 or 6 people. Two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower), large kitchen with utensils, microwave, refrigerator, hob, oven, kettle, extractor, toaster, dishwasher, iron stove, etc. Large living room with double sofa bed, LCD flat-screen TV, stereo, DVD, extendable table. Two terraces with magnificent views of the city and the Albaycin. Public car park at 200 m. 5 minutes from the Cathedral of Granada and around the historic center, Plaza Nueva, pedestrian access to the Alhambra and within walking distance of Mirador de San Nicolas and San Miguel Square. Ideally located to stroll and enjoy the city pedestrian zone. Very quiet, near the city center but without the noise and fumes from cars, motorbikes area. Tourist city map and information on bars and restaurants, entertainment guides, games, books and everything needed is left to make your stay in Granada as pleasant and enjoyable as possible.

We have baby crib sheets, blankets and toys.

For sports enthusiasts, in winter you can go skiing only 30 minutes from the house.

House located in a pedestrian street of stairs, so it is away from the traffic and noise of the city. Very sunny and quiet to enjoy the birds singing in the city center. It not supported celebrations or festivals. Situation ideal for skiing, Sierra Nevada 30 minutes. Beach 45 minutes. Well located for excursions and hiking in the nearby mountains. Taxi collection service on request from Granada airport, Malaga airport, AVE station Antequera, with fixed price offers: 25 € for Granada airport. € 100 for Antequera AVE. € 140 for Malaga airport. Quaint apartment in the center of town

Asun was very gracious and went above and beyond to help us get ready for our trip to Granada by giving us some traveling tips. The apartment was adorable and spacious. The beds were comfortable and there were even some toys left for the kids to play with. Thank you for a great experience in Granada. We will be coming back!

Granada at your door

We are two senior couples, but young at heart, who highly recommend this location.

Asun was so helpful in getting us situated, including giving me bandaids, and anti inflammatory tablets. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Only regret is that our stay was so short.

Perfect Vacation Rental for Family with Kids

Our family of five (three kids, two adults) stayed at Asun's place for six weeks this summer. The house was in a PERFECT spot in Granada and Asun was fantastic. The house suited all our needs and if we needed anything Asun was super responsive! She was great in answering all our questions and gave helpful suggestions when we asked. The house has in an ideal location, right at the base of the Albycin, a quick walk to the bus stop and a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral. When I return to Granada in the future I will come right back to Asun's place.

Charming Stay in Granada!

We loved our stay in this home! It was immaculately clean, and extremely comfortable. The beds were the most comfortable beds we slept in for our entire trip! Asun was a gracious and flexible host and even allowed us to stay in the home until our late afternoon train departed on our departure date. We enjoyed this home and our stay in Granada and would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Beautiful Apartment,Great Location,Wonderful Owner

We had such a terrific time staying at this beautiful little house in Granada. Up a pedestrian street in the heart of Granda, it was just lovely. Our own private terrace overlooked the roofs and calle below providing a beautiful view. Just steps away are two terrific restaurants (Granada El Sur and Restaurant Paprika) as well as public transportation and other shops. Just a few minutes walk up the hill and you are wandering through some of the most beautiful areas of Granada. What a location!

The house itself is modern and immaculate. We had absolutely no complaints. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary equipment and it was great having a washing machine for our clothes. Asun, the owner, is amazingly patient and kind. She answered all our many questions and gave us terrific advice. She provided each of us with a great map of Granada and made sure, before she left us, that we had everything we needed. My brother wanted to see flamenco and she spent a long time providing him with a variety of recommendations and giving him detailed directions on each. She helped me to make sure that the wireless internet worked. When we could not figure out the washing machine, she came right over and showed us. We could not have asked for a nicer and more responsive owner. (She was also quite responsive by email before we arrived – answering each of my questions quickly and thoroughly).

Very nice, little house in perfect location

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this house for six weeks this winter, and were pleasantly surprised both by the extremely central location and with the quality of the house. It's located in Albaycin, nearby the main streets and within walking distance from most attractions, although you might consider taking a bus or a taxi to the Alhambra. The terrace is quite large and a nice place to relax and observe the locals during the stay.

The only thing we missed was a proper sitting area in the living room. There is a sofa and a dinner table, but not really a cosy and relaxing sitting area. But we stayed there for such a long period and during winter – this will probably not bother you if you are staying for a shorter period or if you are avoiding the cold and rainy winter months.

Asún and Jaime, who live next doors, were the perfect host and went out of their way to help us with any questions and demands we might have. We warmly recommend this cosy, little house in the heart of Granada.
