Small terrace at the front with views, fenced in back yard, parking for 2 cars. 1 Dog welcomed by arrangement.Can easily sleep 2 families, child friendly with safe fenced in back yard, 2 dedicated parking bays. The very best location for self catering in Rock, right in the heart of the village close to Sailing Club, watersports, beach, shops, bars and restaurants, ferry to Padstow, golf, fishing and walking. Nearby Polzeath offers lots of different activities and things to see such as:

The House faces south and has a sunny terrace at the front and a paved yard with former potting shed at the rear. The house is 100 yards from the Sailing Club and Pub: 150 yards from the beach and 10 minutes walk to the Golf Club (handicap certificates required for the Church course not for the Holywell course). Sailing and water-ski-ing nearby.

Fantastic stay!

What an amazing house and location! We had the best time. With the Mariners pub around the corner we were spoiled for choice for food and drinks. The beach is just across a quiet street! We were 2 families staying a the house, a total of 5 adults and 2 children. It could easily accommodate for 2 more adults. The house itself is spacious and newly decorated - we will def come back!
