I live in Bolton with my wife Gemma and 3 daughters, Lucy, Hannah and Jess. Having enjoyed 8 wonderful years living in Albir we decided to move back to England in 2010.

Why Ben Scowcroft chose Benidorm Area

After renting in the area for years we finally bought our dream property in 2006. We loved Albir as soon as we went there and knew this is where we wanted to live. It is one of those places where you start to relax as soon as you get there and we are now lucky enough to enjoy many family holidays in our old home. This apartment gave us everything we dreamed of, central location to access all our favourite restaurants, beautiful views from the lovely balcony and lots of space to accommodate our growing family! This really is a home from home, with everything you need for your stay.

What makes this apartment unique

This apartment is in the perfect location to access all the amenities in the wonderful town of Albir. There are supermarkets just around the corner and plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby.

There is also a bus stop close by allowing you to reach Benidorm or Altea on the regular services.

You will enjoy a relaxing walk down to the beach either passing the shops and cafés on the Main Street or by walking along the dry river bed which is at the back of the apartment block.

We have enjoyed many relaxing days by the well kept swimming pool and amazing summer nights on Albir's beautiful promenade.
