Villa Evelyn is set in a peaceful and idyllic location in Tenerife South. Villa Evelyn stands in an exclusive area, known as "LA FLORIDA” which predominantly houses private villas.
It is ideally located only a 15 minute drives from Reina Sofia airport in the South of the island.
The property is located close to some of the most desirable Golf courses on the island, Golf del Sur, Las Americas Golf course, Los Palos Golf course in Guaza and the prestigious Costa Adeje Golf Course.
The Villa is a short walk away from two well known residential areas LA CAMELLA and VALLE SAN LORENZO, where you will find several bars, coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants.
If you want to experience a more lively atmosphere, the tourist areas of Los Cristianos and Las Americas are only 10 minutes drive away, where you will find golden beaches with an abundance of water sports, shops, bars, restaurants and night clubs.
Just 200 meters away from the property is “La Florida Tennis Club”. There are also plenty of alternative activities such as sailing, windsurfing, fishing, climbing, mountain biking and horse-riding just a 5 minute drive away.
Villa Evelyn is conveniently built on one level. The plot is approximately 570 sq.m. with an internal space of 160 sq.m.
Outside there is a lovely size private swimming pool (which can be heated at an extra cost of 60 Euros per week) set in a stunning terrace of 200 sq.m.
For your safety, the pool area has been built with anti-slip tiles and you will also find 8 beautifully comfortable sun loungers with luxury cushions, a table and chairs, an awning, should you need some shade and a collection of rattan furniture.
To the rear of the property there is a lovely garden area with B.B.Q and pergola with additional table and chairs.
The Villa, which has recently been refurbished to a contemporary style, has 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 En-suite), a separate toilet, a large kitchen and lounge/dining area.
The lounge/dining area and master bedroom both open out onto the terrace to a stunning view of the south coast of the island and the ocean.
The large modern kitchen is more than 18 sq.m. It is equipped with all the appliances you need including a dish-washer, electric oven, hob, microwave, 1 large fridge-freezer, 1 smaller fridge, kettle, toaster etc.
The outside store room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer with an iron and ironing board and other cleaning equipment. There is also a supply of dishwasher tablets and washing machine powder for your use.
In the lounge/dining area you will find two sofas, one 3 seater, one 2 seater, a large dining table and chairs, satellite television, with UK TV channels including BBC, ITV, CHANNEL 4 and a DVD player.
The master bedroom, which opens out onto the terrace and enjoys a lovely ocean view, receives the sun all day. It has a Super King bed, wall to wall built-in wardrobes with several drawers and a large private bathroom.
The second bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes with drawers and a private bathroom.
The third bedroom which enjoys an ocean and pool view, has three singles beds, and large wardrobes with drawers.
The fourth bedroom also enjoys an ocean and pool view and has a double bed with wardrobe with drawers.
The third bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and wash hand basin.
The property benefits from a double garage with remote control access where you can park 2 cars. Please note that the maximum height of the garage is 185 cm.. Free outdoor public car parks are available on the back road of the villa, 100 meters away for vehicles over this height.
We provide a welcome pack to include tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, snacks and fruit for your arrival.
Please note that our rates are for groups of up to 6 guests. Any additional guests will be charged 15 euros per night per guest. However, we do not charge for children up to 2 years of age.
15% DISCOUNT will be applied to all reserves made up of only two adults (minimum 1 week stay).
For reservations during high season such as Christmas, New Year, and Easter the outstanding balance must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival.
We regret that we do not take group bookings from people under the age of 28.
