This penthouse is located on the top-floor apartment on 7th floor with a stunning, uninterrupted panoramic views over the sea and old Antibes, extending from the Alpes in the North, over the old fort and ports, to the Cap d'Antibes in the South. The view will give you a taste of what old Antibes has to offer.

Conveniently located, less than 200 meters, you will find the Antibes old town with the old Provencal market and many shops to buy daily fresh food at the bakery, the butcher or the supermarket. It is within 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach "beach royale". It is 800 meters (8 minutes walk) from the Antibes main train station (ideally to go direct to Nice, Cannes or Monaco or to Cannes). There's also a huge range of cultural things to do and see,the Picasso museum being the most famous one which is located right in the centre of the old town, 5 minutes walk from the flat

Albion has been completely newly furnished with contemporary style that is both comfortable and stylish and it sleeps 5 in 2 double , ensuite bedrooms and 1 single bedroom.

The 85m2 terrace is a true outdoor living space with green planting providing a private secluded ambiance. All furniture is new and in perfect condition.

It has been completely redone (December 2015) with alfresco aperitif and dining facilities, stylish lounging chairs, wood and tiling decking... A truly exceptional facility that will make you wonder whether you are inside the flat or outside as it flows between the various rooms.

This penthouse apartment is the only property on the top floor (seventh) of this building and is accessed by lift (this has been upgraded to French standard as required by law).

The decoration is modern and stylish and has all the modern facilities required for a great stay: Air Conditioning (in all rooms), WIFI, cable TV, new beds and mattresses with luxurious White Company cotton bed linen and en-suite bathrooms.

What makes this apartment unique

There's a terrace that runs 2/3 of the flat and is extremely exclusive with a magnificent view over the sea and the old town of Antibes. Superb!

My family was very pleased with this rental. It comprises the entire seventh floor and as such is very private. Wide beautiful decks wrap around two full sides of the flat protected by large plants that create an almost private rooftop garden feel. It was the views however that are really hard to describe. From our windows and deck we could see all of Antibes old town surrounded by the sea. It really is breath taking. Ivan was by far the most attentive and helpful property manager we have ever experience. He was always available when we called with questions or needed a translation and he stopped by personally to make sure a minor repair was taken care up. Having stayed in multiple places in Antibes, we can honestly say that this place has no comparison.

How about 6 stars, not 5! We loved the place and would stay there again!

Hard to know where to begin Location: on a main thoroughfare with a grocery store and two bakeries in the immediate vicinity, (Monoprix, Paul's, and Sarah Baker). Old Antibes with all its charming shops and restaurants is around the corner. There is a parking space for your car in the basement of the building- not a small thing in Antibes, parking can be a problem. The train station is within easy walking distance.

Ivan was a great host and showed us how most things in the apartment worked. We've been to France several times- this was the nicest place at which we stayed, by far! The view from the living room was spectacular- looking across the bay was Nice, with the snow capped Alps in the distance. We were blown away! Hooray for Ivan and his wonderful apartment!

Gorgeous panoramic views of the sea and Antibes

This spacious, pretty apartment was so lovely to stay in! The views from the wraparound terrace were gorgeous to take in every day! We loved being within a few blocks of old town and the beach as well as so close to the train, busses and wonderful restaurants. The owner of this property was so kind and helpful. We couldn't have wished for a more wonderful place to stay on our vacation to Antibes.

Like Living in Antibes

This was the best vacation rental in terms of whole package we ve ever had anywhere. The apartment feels like home not just another hotel or soulless vacation rental. Its Decorated in a modern tasteful style while still feeling like a home, making it an inviting place to spend time. Bed was comfortable, quality linens, clean bathrooms. I cant say enough good things. The location was perfect with the old town and new town just minutes away by foot. Several grocery options on the street or closeby, or a 10 minute walk to the Provencal Market. Beach just a short walk away. Quiet but energetic at the same time. The view of old antibes and Mediterranean is incredible and the deck was large and comfortable. Also kudos to the best equipped kitchen Ive experienced anywhere. Good quality dishware and utensils, every dish or piece of cookware you could need, plentiful wine glasses. If you are like me and like to cook you ll find this apartment, with its well stocked kitchen, open, concept, light and view, a dream. On top of all that, the host, Ivan, was warm, friendly and delightful and the booking process easy and fast. Would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Charming Apartment with Stunning Terrace

We really enjoyed our stay in Antibes. The apartment was perfectly situated for restaurants, beaches and sightseeing. The jewel in the crown was the amazing terrace which we relaxed on every afternoon with a cool glass of wine after our daily adventures - bliss !

Ivan was an excellent host providing us with all the necessary information and restaurant recommendations which made our stay effortless.

We look forward to returning next year !!!

Wonderful apartement and service

Our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) spent the 1st week of August in Antibes. This penthouse was just perfect. The location is ideal: 3min to get to the old town for a walk and ice cream after dinner, 5min to the market in the morning, 5min to the boardwalk and the beach, 3min to the supermarket for grocery shopping. The penthouse was spotless and the deck was amazing. Every evening, we barbecued some fresh fish and ate outside on the balcony while enjoying a nice Rose and admiring the relaxing...

Coming to the South of France from the US every year to see my family, i can say with no doubt that we will be back and rent this property again. By far our favorite VRBO rental... And of course a big thank you to Ivan for his suggestions and availability.
