The main balcony has an exceptional area and a magnificent view of the Marina and Old Town, providing pleasant alfresco dining and relaxation area. The complex has 2 spectacular pools - one for adults and one for children, with an excellent quality of water and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Very well located, 3 minutes walk you can go to the Marina and in 10 minutes you can go to Meia-Praia Beach, or several directions like the old town, the old fish market, a good supermarket, the train station, the bus station, pharmacy or good season restaurants across the Avenue of Discoveries. For golf lovers, the magnificent golf course "Onyria Palmares" is just about a 5 minutes drive.

About Joao

We are a young couple and this apartment is very special to me and my wife. It was our first home and we loved living there. We invite you to experience and enjoy the comfort as well the bright light decoration and feel like you are at home.

It’s a pleasure to provide you a great time in Lagos, so you can count on us to help with anything, or information you need, once I was born and lived here in Western Algarve.

The apartment is set in a tranquil area and has a friendly complex. This location is excellent for us. You won’t feel the need to rent a car, because the Meia-Praia Beach, Marina, Old Town, stores, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, bus and train station, are all a couple minutes walk from the apartment.

Notes on accommodation: This is a non smoking apartment so you are kindly requested to enjoy your cigarette on the main balcony. The swimming pool access code will be provided at check-in. Pets are not allowed. If you have any request please let us know in order to provide you a better stay. Outside: The complex has 2 spectacular pools - one for adults and one for children’s, with an excellent quality of water and surrounded by a beautiful garden. The pool area provides also parasols, sun beds, exterior showers and bathhouses. The swimming pool is exclusive to the complex. Utility Room: A utility cupboard under the kitchen sink provides cleaning items, dish-washing detergent and garbage bags. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning is included with full clean once a week. Towel and bed linen change once a week. In case of longer stays is include general cleaning once a week. You are kindly requested to bring your own beach towels for use at the beach or by the pool. Other: Main balcony with an exceptional area and magnificent view, with table and chairs providing pleasant alfresco dining to six persons; two sun beds to relaxation and sun-bathing; two armchairs in natural wood.

Outstanding property

First time I have used Owners Direct, so impressed with the owner and apartment was just stunning spacious and location perfect, pool also perfect not crowded, the area was clean well looked after so impressed. Joao the owner was also so helpful always kept in touch and we booked this 12 months in advance, even picked us up as we were a bit lost when we arrived, but so easy to find really. Very impressed.

Great Apartment

Wonderful apartment, had everything we needed. 5 minute walk to the marina where there are some restaurants and bars. Easy walk into centre of Lagos and to the beach. Beautiful pool area, never too busy. Joao was really helpful both pre arrival and during our stay. Would love to come back one day!

Beautiful apartment in an ideal location

We travelled to Lagos at the end of July 2017 as a party of 6 family members including my 72 year old Dad and 9 year old nephew. Joao was wonderful from the moment I booked, kept me fully updated and sent through loads of useful information. He was also there to welcome us at the apartment when we arrived along with a welcome pack of some local wines. The accommodation was beautiful and very well presented with everything you need when on holiday and more. There was plenty of space for all of us inside and the balcony was brilliant for our early morning coffee in the sun.

The whole development is spotlessly clean and we saw the cleaners around everyday. The pool and sunbathing terraces are again spotless and to say it was the beginning of UK school holidays we always got sunbeds at any time of the day. Some mornings we had the whole pool to ourselves. We know Lagos very well as we have travelled there many times over recent years as it certainly is in my opinion the best resort in the Algarve. Amazing beaches, the Marina, Old Town - everywhere is just idyllic. My Dad & husband play golf and are just spoilt for choice every time we go. We will without doubt book to stay in Joao's apartment again.

Clean and lovely apartment in great location

The apartment is lovely. It is big enough to accommodate 6 adults and has everything in it that we needed. The furnishings are of very good quality and we felt really at home. João, the owner, was very helpful from start to finish, and couldn't have done more for us. The location of the apartment is excellent. It's about a 5 min walk to the marina and approx 10 min walk to the beach. I can highly recommend this property and if we come back to Lagos, we will definitely book this apartment again.

Brilliant apartment

First class apartment set in a lovely quiet location only 5 minutes walk from the marina and a further 5 minutes to either the old town or beach. Large clean and well presented. Owner Jaoa made regular contact before and during the stay. Lovely pool area outside. Could not fault it

In 10 minutes walk you can go to beautiful Meia-Praia Beach. The Meia-Praia Beach is a long bay beach of fine white sand with quiet sea where you can swing and enjoy the clear blue water. Along the beach you will find several restaurants and water sports in summer time. This beach is ideal for families and children.

Near the town you could find nice beaches, like Batata, Pinhão, Dona Ana, Camilo, Canavial and Porto de Mós.

Travel:

The nearest airport is Faro, 80km away and 1 hour driving distance with the motorway (A22) all the way. The Lisbon airport is 300km away and 3 hours driving distance.
