Bungalow in Guardamar Del Segura, Costa Blanca, Spain - 5 Minutes Drive to Beach. Bars/Restaurants and Mini market Only 2 Minutes Walk.

This high quality bungalow in it's own grounds is situated in the exclusive urbanization of El Raso 1 in Spain's Southern Costa Blanca, between Guardamar del Segura & Torrevieja. It is 30 minutes drive south of Alicante airport & 35 minutes north of Murcia airport. Accommodation consists of the living room & dining area, kitchen & utility area, 2 bedrooms(one with en-suite shower,W.C. & wash basin) & a main bathroom with bath, shower, W.C., wash basin & bidet. Air conditioning, T.V.; CD Player and "Pay as you go" Wifi are all supplied. For privacy, the bungalow has its own south facing gardens & sun terrace. The north facing rear patio is furnished with a settee & 2 chairs, with views over the communal gardens & pool. The roof top solarium for private sunbathing has sun loungers with some beach towels provided & an integral BBQ. A dining table & chairs are also available there. An outside tap & hose for cooling down are also provided. The closest town of Guardamar with shopping, bars, restaurants & beaches is 5 minutes' drive. The main shopping town of Torrevieja, which also has beaches & nightlife, is 10 minutes away. The local Sunday morning market is a 2 minute drive or twenty minute stroll. There are bars & restaurants with evening entertainment in the development, only 500 metres walk from the property. Free wifi/Internet access is available there. The location is ideal both for family, beach type holidays & for golfing holidays. There is a communal swimming pool & gardens just at the rear of the property. The closest beach is only 5 minutes drive. Watersports are available along the beach. The nearest golf (Rojales) is 10 minutes & 4 further golf courses are within 20 minutes. Tennis is available in Guardamar town. The development is on the shores of one of the area's salt lake lagunas, where pleasant walks can be taken.

Please be aware that in addition to the rental price, there is a further 65 euro fee for the laundry and cleaning after your stay, to be paid directly to our property manager.

Notes on accommodation: The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2, with 2 single beds, has patio doors for easy access to the patio & communal pool area at the rear of the property. Hot & cold air conditioning is in the living area & in both bedrooms. Pay as you go wifi is available for 15 euros for 1 week and 22 euros for 2 weeks. A flat screen T.V. with British and Spanish stations is available in the living room . An i-pod station & CD player are supplied. A valuables safe is available. The kitchen/utility area is fully equipped with washing machine, hob/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster & kettle. A vacuum cleaner, brushes mops & buckets are also available for cleaning. Free WI-Fi is available in all the bars/restaurants in the commercial centre - 2 minutes walk. Outside: The bungalow, communal gardens & pool are all within a private gated community, giving privacy & security for all & safety for families with younger children. The beautiful communal pool & landscaped gardens area are easily accessed from the patio door leading out from bedroom 2 & are ideal for peace & relaxation. This is a private area for use only by owners or guests renting properties on the community. Visitors from outside cannot be invited in to use the pool/garden facilities, meaning the area is seldom crowded. The bungalow also has its own private garden to the front & patio to the rear. The upstairs solarium has 4 sun loungers and a BBQ & dining area. Utility Room: The utility room has a washing machine and an iron & ironing board are supplied. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels & linen are supplied. The property is cleaned & prepared before your arrival and then again after your departure. A 65 euro fee is payable directly to our property manager for this. Additional cleans can be requested from our manager @ 65 euros. Other: For eating inside, a dining table & chairs are available in the dining area beside the living room

Fabulous !

We have just returned from a week at the El Raso bungalow. We had a terrific time. It is in a secure mini urbanisation within El Raso, and we loved that it made the pool area secure - no one could just wander in and use it. The pool area is one of the best pool areas I have seen - so beautifully landscaped and a stunning setting.

The bungalow itself was perfect for us - we sat out on the porch most evenings with our glasses of wine, and we absolutely loved the huge and private sun terrace/solarium at the top of the house. The bungalow was a two minute walk from the bars and restaurants at the commercial centre - we ate there about 4 nights of our stay - the Indian restaurant was great, as was Patagonia Steak House. And we timed the drive to the beach nr Guardamar - just 4 minutes in the car ! A perfect property in the perfect location.

Great holiday, everything as advertised ,with well equipped bungalow.

Beautiful, peaceful pool and garden area.

Bars and restaurants 2 minutes walk.

Beach less than 10 minutes drive. We would thoroughly recommend this property.

The beautiful white sandy beaches of the Costa Blanca run right along the N332 coast road near El Raso. The closest beach with sun beds and beach bars is only about a 5 minute drive from El Raso.

Travel:

The closest airports to El Raso are Alicante, about 30 minutes drive and Murcia about 40 minutes drive.

Car hire or use of a car is recommended.

Distances:

The closest towns of Guardamar and Los Montesinos are about a 5 minute drive.

Torrevieja is about 10 to 15 minutes.

Further Details:

There is a convenience grocery shop selling basic foodstuffs in the El Raso commercial centre. Larger supermarkets are about a 10 minute drive.

There are a number of restaurants and bars in the El Raso commercial cente. - All have free wifi.

When a booking is requested, the owners will send the guests a booking contract confirming all the details and payment procedures.
A confirmation deposit of 25% of the rental is required when booking.
The final balance is due 6 weeks before the arrival date.
A REFUNDABLE £100 security deposit is requested with the final payment.
This will be refunded within 2 weeks of the departure day if there are no damages, excessive cleaning required or breaches of community rules.
There is a charge of 65 euros for the cleaning & laundry after your stay, which is payable to our property manager on arrival.
