Hi, We are Brian and Debbie and we just wanted to explain why we purchased our apartment. We had looked at many apartments in the Bournemouth area but once we saw the sea view and blue flag beach we had to have the apartment. Beyond our budget we thought we could share our home with holiday makers and at least have our own family holidays in this ideal place.
This is a new apartment and we only started to advertise in late June 2014.

The apartment is so close to the sea that I can sit on the sofa and still watch the rest of the family playing on the beach. The apartment is also close to the nature reserve Hengistbury Head
The apartment is close to local restaurant, Indian take away and an excellent Fish & chip shop. The Bistro on the Beach is directly below the Apartment on the promonade.
The local eating places, Co op supermarket and local shops are all within easy walking distance.

"Fantastic views, brilliant apartment, will definitely come again"
I stayed at the apartment with my elderly parents we wanted a home from home due to my mothers dementia it was all that and more!
The apartment itself is newly built and in a quiet part of the town its on the 3rd floor has 2 amble bedrooms, family bathroom and kitchen/lounge. The main double bedroom has an en suite shower room. The twin room has little hanging space but a large chest of drawers, more than ample for me . The family bathroom has a full size bath with shower over. Everything is finished to a high standard. The kitchen / lounge has a patio door which opens onto a balcony with fantastic uninterrupted views of the beach and out to sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern. The lounge has a small sofa and 2 chairs, my one and ONLY criticism is that my parents found it difficult to get in and out of the sofa / chairs as they are quite low. The lift from the ground floor was a godsend and with a parking space directly outside was ideal.
All in all we ALL LOVED IT HERE and will definitely come again.

This is an excellent holiday holiday let with fantastic sea views. It is well equipped with everything necessary for a family of four.

"Lovely sea front apartment, child friendly"
Stayed 3 nights with my partner and 15 month old baby. Brian was lovely and provided cot and high chair as requested, and was thoughtful enough to leave some toys for my little one. The place is immaculate, very clean and new. Private parking, lovely sea view and beach across the street. We had a fantastic time, and the weather was sunny and hot which was a bonus :-)
On a circular trip around the south of UK we stay for only three nights at Southbourne Bournemouth. The apartment is very spacious and as good as new. We found everything what needed, very clean and tidy. The sea view of the combination of living room and kitchen is amazing as well the balcony for to sit outside.
I'd highly recommend the apartment for family stay up to four or five people.

Deposit of 40% required to reserve a booking and balance 8 weeks prior to arrival date. Payment can be made via internet bank transfer or direct payment into bank account at a bank. £100 returnable security deposit against damage and breakage's is required.
Changeover day is Saturday. Arrival time is 3pm or later and guests are requested to vacate by 10.30 am. Other changeover days may be possible on request.
