Beautiful property for beach lovers and those in search of only the best locations. (For more info please go to holiday lettings and search for property 2472090) )You will stay ON the most private, secluded and beautiful beach of Limassol ('sandy' beach, no 'beach' of rocks, very suitable for little children!). Totals 150 square meters, including three large balconies. Apartment has two large bedrooms, large kitchen with all appliances and a large living from which you can see the beach from ALL windows, with two balconies extending the living room. All rooms and balconies have beach and seaview, as well as the kitchen! Private parking lot. You will have more (usable) living space than in most 'villa's offered on the market. I am a traveling businessman, with quite some experience in finding top locations (just for fun). I found this property by coincidence and fell in love instantly. I decided it will be my place to grow old (still working, ad wife's not convinced yet!). As I am there only 7 times a year there is a possibility to share, hence this ad!

There is a bus tsop at 50 meters that brings you into the old city center, the new marina and the new mall. Single fare is around 1,50 euro. Paphos and Larnaca International airports are both at 70km. Taxi cost appr 50-70 euro, but we can assist with a local firm to get it at just 55 euro. Property is at walking distance of bars and restaurants and top rated hotels (Four seasons) that have facilities for outside guests (Spa/ Tennis/ Fitness etc)
For your kids the Macdonalds is at 1,7 km, Pizzahut at 600 meters and various shops are within 300 meters. When walking along the beach you will find the Family friendly Dream Cafe, or the more exclusive Oyster Bar (Puesta Bar). Nontheless it is a very quiet place ! Opposite the building is the famous Hamlet bar where you can watch Premier League soccer all day long on large screens (they have about 10) or get free wifi, or go to the neighbouring pubs in a circel of 50 meters.
If you have a car there is Carrefour nearby (5 minutes) and a LIDL (17 minutes). If you don't have a car there is large 24 hour bakery at 1,5 km where you can buy ALL groceries.

There is caution for damages and electricity usage. Normally it's 300 pounds, to be returned upon inspection. For longer stays (over 4 weeks) the caution will be increased up to 500 pounds (dpendant on duration and number of guests)
