There is a Kids Club, Mini golf, tennis, 4 large swimming pools,& is within easy reach of a two tier pool heated in winter usually Oct till May near to the Casa Azul la carte restaurant, jacuzzi, sunbathing terraces and wonderful restaurants and snack bars. Reception can arrange taxis and day trips to local attractions and golf tee off times. The Algarve offers some of the best golf courses in Europe. There are also internet facilities, public telephone and library. About Catherine & David

We are David & Catherine & have been married for 15 yrs.’, we have two teenage Daughters , for the last 10 yrs.’ we have dreamed of owning our own holiday home in the sun ,somewhere we can go on yearly holidays & eventually retire to a warmer climate. We have looked at main land Spain, Majorca & all the Canary Islands searching for the right place, but nowhere felt right like home.

We eventually decided to have a change from Spain & try Portugal as we had heard such good things about it, we have been coming to Portugal now for the past 2 yrs.’ & fell in love , The old town is charming and a real treat to walk around the Beautiful beaches the Friendly people, low price of living & warm Mediterranean climate with over 300 days of sun a year ,. We decided to buy an apartment in Albufeira to hopefully one day retire here, & I can say it has been the best thing we have done. We really hope you like our apartment as we have tried to make like home with all our extra touches, We come all year round and we love it. We hope you will too.

Absolutely lovely

Excellent apartment with everything you need, with lovely homely touches too. Great location a couple of minutes walk from nearest pool and 5 minute walk to Reception. Communication with owners was excellent from booking through to our arrival home. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Catherine and David for a wonderful stay.

Lovely apartment and beautiful place!!

Stayed here for 10 days with friends the apartment was lovely! Was very clean and had everything we needed.

Owners were helpful and give us any information we needed they also had a welcome pack filled with loads of information which was super helpful as we have never been Portugal before.

Can't wait to book again and make more memories

Such a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

We found the apartment very clean, comfortable and spacious with everything you could possibly need within a wonderfully quiet location on the complex. The apartment is perfectly located between any of it's four beautiful swimming pool areas, the mini market, snack bars and restaurants, all of which are just a tiny walk away.

The old town is a good walk away but a taxi is only 5 euros and gets you there much quicker. The reception staff who are very helpful and friendly, will ring you a taxi for a very small fee and the taxis show up almost instantly so getting a taxi wasn't any hassle at all.

The description of the apartment is true to every word which is what really sold this holiday to us and we were not disappointed. We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Fantastic stay in Clube Albufeira apartment.

Fantastic apartment in a quiet location. Very spacious with everything you could possibly need. Taxis to old town can be booked through reception and cost 4 to 5 euro. Supermarket across the road has a good selection and reasonably priced.

We loved our stay here with everyone preferring the lower pool. The only downside was the wifi. You paid for the use but only one person could use it at any one time. Teenagers not happy with this.

David and Catherine were amazing to work with. So supportive and provided invaluable information. I would highly recommend their apartment.

A real home from home

We stayed at this apartment for a week as family of four. The apartment has everything you could need, the air con was invaluable in high temperatures. Clube Albufeira is a well kept complex. The pool areas are large and spotlessly clean and tidy. The pool never felt crowded. We used all 3 complex restaurants and the food and service was very good. Caza Azul even ran a hot buffet evening. I had reservations about the distance between Clube Albufeira and Albufeira itself, however the taxis were simple to access and the reception was helpful for taxis and trips. All in all a very hassle free and relaxing week which was just what we were looking for.

There are a variety of beautiful sightseeing areas and places of interest to visit such as many local churches, cinemas, a library and the Albufeira Marina.

There are many stunning beaches in the Algarve, with Fisherman's Beach in the Old Town being the nearest one.

There is a local playground and many theme parks and water parks as well as winery tours and the zoo.

For the more adventurous there is golf, horse riding & equestrian events, snorkeling & scuba diving, hiking & walking, bird watching, pier & deep sea fishing, water tubing, jet skiing, surfing, wind-surfing, water skiing, paragliding, sailing & swimming, tennis and cycling.

Coast/Beach:

There are some fabulous beaches around the Algarve all within easy reach. The nearest being Fisherman's beach.

Travel:

Faro airport is the closest and is 38km, approx. 30 min drive. We can arrange airport transfer through a friend of ours Prices are 1-4 people 30 euro

5-8 people 45 euro.

Distances:

The old town of Albufeira is less than 1 mile away from Clube Albufeira, here you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and shops & the beautiful fisherman's beach

Further Details:

4 communal swimming pools on site all with sunbeds provided and each with a snack bar or restaurant. In Winter months the nearest pool is heated. Other facilities on site include year round reception, security and surveillance cameras, money exchange, telephone, internet, laundry, crazy golf, tennis courts, mini market and bakery, Kids Club, large green space and kids play area, shuttle bus and much more!

The Algarve can also count on around 3.000 hours of Sun during the year which makes it a favorite destination for those who fancy such a delightful climate. The proximity of the Mediterranean Sea greatly influences the Algarvian climate. Summers are hot and dry and winters are mild with hardly any rain (50 days with rain and 500 mm on average each year), combined with very inviting springs and autumns.

Changeover Day:
