About Autumn Ridge Vacation Rentals

Autumn Ridge Vacation Cabin Rentals delivers on the decades-old Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, TN promise of a warm, cozy, and genuine, Smoky Mountain cabin experience for our guests. Our cabins are all about…. well, we will let you discover that shortly…. just keep reading.

Autumn Ridge Vacation Cabin Rentals is unique in the sense that is has 5 cabins situated on 7.8 acres, so that you as a visitor can experience the mountains in a tranquil private setting as the first visitors had.

Our as-advertised hand crafted cabins are exactly that! Each 1950′s inspired cabin was built by family members for the purpose of preserving our Appalachian Smoky Mountain culture and to provide a legacy for their children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren to come. In fact, three of our cabins bear the names of grandchildren! Grandpa Bill not only made the front doors for each cabin but all of the kitchen cabinets, too! Each board was hand-picked, each joint expertly crafted, and each nail or screw strategically placed, just so you, our guest, would feel special each time you visited.

In each cabin you will find a vintage photograph of our original family members, Sallie and Obie Greene, who settled here in the Great Smoky Mountains in the 1880′s. We hope you will take the time to notice their expression of joy and true love as they stare at each other, oblivious to the camera and the outside world. We are proud to say this legacy of love has certainly been passed down through the last four (so far!) generations.

Guestbook comments from the owner

We had a "Great" time here once again. This was our 7th time staying at Autumn Ridge. We enjoyed grilling, the hot tub and relaxing on the back porch. We spend all day Saturday in Pigeon Forge at the "Grand Fall Rod Run". Walked from one end of town to the other looking at all the cars. We love coming here this time of year. Once again thanks for making us feel at home!

CJ’s cabin was adorable. The view was amazing and the cabin itself was very clean.

Our experience was definitely one to remember. We couldn’t have asked for a more memorable time. It was nice to have a cabin that had a comfortable bed, a hot tub both inside and out, and a washer and dryer. The only thing that took us some time was figuring out how to turn the outside hot tub on. (The breaker was off). But that’s okay! Other than that we drove through the smokies, visited Cherokee, Gatlinburg. For anyone reading this I highly recommend Alcatraz East if you’re into crime. Ober Gatlinburg is a great family spot. Moonshine tasting is a definite. So is riding the Ferris wheel in Pigeon Forge. We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful!!

  • 5 of 5

I had the most amazing time here. From the cozy cabin to the silence of the mountains, I could not have asked for a better time. Close enough to town that I wasn't spending all my time driving if I wanted to go do something, but far enough away that I never had a see another human if I didn't want to. Highly recommended!!
