Just some of the comments made:
* Awesome facility: If I could give this more than 5 I would. The cottage lived up to the description and more. Everything was clean and of the highest quality. Lots of little touches like the welcome note and homes made cakes, coffee tea and milk on arrival.
* We've just returned from a relaxing week at the lovely conversion and would highly recommend it. The barn is a home from home with comfy sofas and decorated to a high standard. The baths are huge and made for some lovely relaxing bubble baths after a walk in the beautiful surroundings. The place is well equipped and lovely and warm. we travelled with family and small children and the stair gate was a welcome addition. The Abbey grounds are stunning with a great play park for the little ones - not to mention......
The property is in beautifully converted and fitted farm buildings. There are 3 double/twin bedrooms, each with spacious and well fitted en suite facilities. Downstairs there is a spacious lounge/dining room with a small but well equipped kitchen. The property is at a working farm (mainly horses) within the lovely grounds of Newstead Abbey. Wonderfully peaceful. A great place to stay. Thanks Steve.
Wonderful cottage for a party up to 6.Fully equipped. Romantic atmosphere: horses and other farm animals. Very friendly host. Young people may play basketball.

Originally a monastic house founded by Henry II in about 1163 as an Augustine priory. Allegedly haunted by probably the most famous ghosts in England, The White Lady, and by the malevolent Goblin Monk since the reign of Henry VIII.
