Superb property and views

  • 5 of 5

We have all just had the most amazing weekend with our friends (all 10 of us) in this beautiful Victorian property. It is spacious, clean, tidy and has been decorated throughout to the highest standard. The kitchen is very well equipped, making catering for 10 adults very easy. It rained throughout most of our stay, but the games rooms and sound system were brilliant entertainment, so the weather was no problem to us.

Will definitely be going back at some point.

A Great Holiday House

  • 5 of 5

Fabulous character house for a great family holiday. For us it was just the right distance from the beach which made walking down an adventure each day and well worth the climb back uphill for the wonderful view. With plenty of space and garden to sit out in, this was the perfect choice for our family get together.

We are sad to leave Argoed even though we do so in wind and rain.

Argoed is an amazing place to stay. I couldn't recommend it highly enough!

The house is unbelievably gorgeous and the town at the bottom of the hill is just as nice!

Michele had provided a nice welcome gift for our party and the house was pristine!

Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

Coast/Beach:

You can saunter down to the front in less than five minutes, where you will find four miles of sandy beaches, the first part of the beach is family friendly in high season, so dog owners have to access the beach at the far end of the car park.

Distances:

The village of Aberdovey is a two minute walk down the hill, however it will take you longer going back up!

The nearest towns to Aberdovey are Tywyn a 5 minute drive, market days are Monday, there are a couple of supermarkets but best of all is 'The Magic Lantern' cinema, certainly worth a visit!

Machynlleth is a 15 minute drive and market days are Wednesday.
