Situated in the quiet prestigious area of Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen just within a few hundred metres of the charming old harbour and within easy walking distance of all amenities that the main resort of Puerto del Carmen has to offer including its beautiful blue flag yellow sandy beaches.


Many budget airlines now fly to Lanzarote for example EasyJet, Ryanair, to name just a few. The Villa is located on 10 minutes taxi ride away from Lanzarote Airport. Competitive car hire rates are also available through Lanzarotes largest car hire company Cabrera Medina. Cars can be collected and returned to the airport.


Our Villa is ideally situated in the exclusive area of Los Mojones, Puerto del Carmen. Take a leisurely stroll from the villa and you will find sandy beaches ideal for snorkelling, swimming and scuba diving. Continue along the coastal road to the delightful, picturesque old town with its amazing variety of quality local and international restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the Biosfera shopping centre. Do not miss the fabulous Marina at Puerto Calero, just 3km away.

There is lots to see on the island - one of the main attractions is Timanfaya where you can go and have your lunch cooked from the heat of the volcano. We have literature in the villa giving information on all major attractions. Local sports include golf, sailing, scuba diving, water skiing, climbing, windsurfing, cycling, tennis, hang-gliding, walking, parascending, horse riding, jet ski, go-karting, aqua park, sports complex, trekking, snorkelling, swimming, bird watching, flora and fauna, deep sea fishing to name but a few!

Notes on accommodation: High wall to ensure privacy. Our Villa is only a 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport and 10 minutes walk to the beach, shops, old town and restaurants. Fantastic villa in an excellent location

This is the 3rd villa we have stayed in, in PDC and for us, the best.

The villa is totally private, and extremely well located. A large supermarket is at the bottom of the road, the wonderful old town restaurants and harbour only a 10 minute walk away. The bedrooms are of a good size and liked the fact that it had 2 sets of table and chairs (in sun and shade) The villa itself was very well presented, clean and well equipped. We didn't want for anything and had no reason throughout our stay to contact the management team. Wi-fi was excellent and the best in comparison to other villas we have stayed in. Nick and Stella responded quickly to e-mails I sent with questions before I booked. Have already looked at re-booking for the October half-term but unfortunately booked up. Highly recommended.

A relaxing and comfortable stay

Five star stay this May 2017. Private and quiet this villa delivers . The heated pool and hot tub were a delight I'll miss my morning coffee in the hot tub looking at the blue sky. The villa has everything you need for your stay even down to a washing machine which meat we arrived home with everything clean. It position is close to everything in PDC but not too close. Lidil two mins down the road was great with lots of Spanish products you don't get in the UK and priced well. We have lots of our friends asking about the villa after seeing the FB posts.

First class villa

We have stayed in many villas in the Canaries and I have to say that this is most definitely one of the best.

The villa is very well maintained and very comfortable with the pool area being blessed with sunshine all day.

Location is good- a 10 minute walk to the Marina or to the main front of Puerto del Carmen.

Booking with Nick/Stella was very easy and the instructions/directions were spot on.

On our next trip to Lanzarote we would hope to be able to book Casa Keiley again.

Outstanding in every way, we will be back

Just got back a great stay at Casa Keiley. Myself and Emmy wife had the villa for the week and took up the option of the hot tub, heated pool and the wifi, worth every penny for winter time, I wouldn't suggest you would need the heated pool in summer, the villa is very clean and very well equipped with everything you could need. Ideal location for puerto del Carmen and inparticularly the old town which has great bars and restaurants. Downhill walk into town, bit of an uphill climb back but to be fair a taxi is about €5 back anyways so no probs. All in all great villa and completely private, not overlooked by anyone

A great Villa for a relaxing holiday

We spent two weeks in Casa Keiley again this year. Have now booked for next year. We enjoy the privacy and the position, within easy reach of all the delights of Puerto del Carmen. The owners Nick and Stella are helpful and easy to contact, if they are needed. Lovely Pool,sun beds and a comfortable time can be had in this Villa. Any extras that are on offer ie. Heated Pool, Hot Tub,Wifi are for the individual to take up. We have stayed in Villas around the world. This one is one of the best.

In need of improvements

We have been visiting the Island for over 25 years now and have stayed in many villas. Unfortunately we found this one over priced and run down. The laminate was peeling off the kitchen units and damp was noticed in the main bedroom at floor level and in both bathrooms on the ceilings. The fridge discharged water on the tiled floor which became a slip hazard if unnoticed. We also found the previous occupiers empty tins under the settee but was otherwise clean. On a positive the villa was well equipped especially the kitchen. Didn't think much to paying extra for wifi, hot tub and pool heating which made this stay over priced. The area adjacent the hot tub would benefit from additional lighting due the steps. The villa was within easy reach of the supermarkets and private as described. The management team were also helpful and responsive.

Owner's Response: We regret that your expectations were not met at Casa Keiley and it’s such a shame you were unable to bring this to our attention so we could address any concerns you had during your stay. We are somewhat perplexed, as not only did you request to extend your stay longer while in our villa, which we were unable to accommodate due to other bookings, you informed us via email on your return that you had loved the place.We pride ourselves on our family run business, have many years experience of visiting Lanza, and having been in the tourist industry for 15+ years, we have stayed in many different types of accommodation all around the island, so know a great deal about standards. We both feel your comments regarding the villa being "overpriced & run down" are extremely detrimental. Had you notified us during your stay, especially regarding the potential slippery floor as this in itself could have caused health and safety problems not only for you and your wife, but for the new guests that arrived the same day that you departed, we could have sought either a repair or a replacement. We understand you wife preferred the location of the Old Town, however it is made clear on owners direct website the location of our villa. You have also expressed that you felt the additional extras made your holiday overpriced in your opinion. There was never any enquiry made from you during the booking process regarding the optional extras. If you had, you would have had the option to have declined the booking because it was beyond your budget.There has been a considerable amount of rain recently. Whilst this is not an excuse for the damp, properties on the island are not equipped for rain, and none have damp proofing. We have looked into the "damp" issue and have confirmed that the areas in the bathrooms were areas of localised condensation. We will ensure that this is checked on a regular basis. The kitchen is currently under review and the cupboard fronts are to be replaced once we have the opportunity but we hope this to be in Jan/Feb. Although the laminate is an aesthetic problem, it in no way obstructs the use of the kitchen or the appliances within the kitchen which are fully functional. Stella & I work very hard to maintain the villa and we care deeply about keeping it to a high standard for our guests. We greatly welcome customer feedback and constructive criticism, but we firmly believe your comment referring to Casa Keiley being “over priced & run down” is inaccurate.

Rates are for up to 2 people sharing. Extra persons are charged £70 extra, per person per week. 25% deposit to confirm booking. Full balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. Wifi, pool heating, hot tub,air conditioning units & welcome packs available at extra cost. Please enquire if any of these are required. Bookings accepted solely on the understanding that guests are responsible for any losses/damages to the property caused during their stay and on the understanding of you accepting liability for any accidents/injury or loss at your own risk.

Changeover Day:
Bookings are from 15.00 hrs on day of arrival to 10.30 on the day of departure. Please note that all guests should have holiday insurance. Our preferred change over day is either Thursday or Sunday but other days maybe considered.

Notes on prices:
Rates are for 2 persons, £70 per extra person per week, up to 7. Children under 2 will not be charged. Security deposits: A additional charge of £150 is made when full balance is required and is refunded back to you 1 week after your stay subject to there being no damage. Wifi, pool heating, hot tub, air conditioning units & welcome packs available at extra cost. Please enquiry if required.
