About Joe Hoff

We bought our apartments and villa here in Casares simply because the area is so beautiful and diverse. The location is peaceful and spacious, and there’s plenty to do nearby if you want to be active - beach/golf/walking/cycling/bird watching etc. If you do just want to chill – it’s fab! If you're into great food, there's so much choice from casual beach-side, international in Duquesa, Marbella and Puerto Banus, and rural ventas -traditional Spanish, including some fantastic conversions.

We love Casares Costa because of the fantastic facilities in the area. There are some beautiful beaches and the marina boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Malaga airport less than an hours drive away.

The property is just five minutes walk from the the choice of two beaches. We provide beach towels so you can travel light and make the most of the great coastline. For those who enjoy a more active holiday, you can take advantage of discounted rates at the nearby Casares golf and the Dona Julia golf course. Notes on accommodation: Please note that the clean-out fee is £150, unless using only one bedroom, were is is £75. Strictly non-smoking indoors; you are welcome to smoke outside on the terraces. Outside: There are 4 terraces and a 5th with glass panels which serves as an inside/outside area. There are several sun loungers, jacuzzi and an outdoor shower. It is a short stroll through the gardens to the pool area which is shared. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels (also beach towels) are included. Other: Large dining room with an over-sized dining table. Pool: Within 3 min walking in season and 3 min driving off-season.

Amazing villa with fantastic views.

We had an amazing time, perfect setting with incredible views from every room. It is often difficult to find a villa that gives comfort, luxury and privacy to 3 couples, but this villa had it all. The surrounding complex and pool are also very well maintained and peaceful. We hope to return in the near future.

Wunderschöne moderne Villa

Absolut genialer Ausblick von so ziemlich jedem Zimmer auf die schöne Bucht. Die Villa ist super ausgestattet und sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alle Räume sind mit großen Fenstern ausgestattet und lichtdurchflutet - und mit Ausblick aufs Meer. Am besten ist die perfekte Ausrichtung, sodass die Sonne von in der Früh bis zum Abend genossen werden kann. Die Abwicklung selbst war komplett unkompliziert, alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besser geht fast nicht!

Een heerlijk huis met een schitterend uitzicht en van alle gemakken voorzien.

We zijn zeer tevreden over deze woning. Heel veel ruimte en grote ruime slaapkamers. Een prachtig uitzicht door de grote ramen, maar ook de terrassen zijn zeer aangenaam. Alles is echt goed geregeld. ook het contact met Joe Hoff is zeer prettig. Hij reageert direct op mail of sms. Het is absoluut een aanrader om hier op vakantie te gaan. Zeker ook als je voor je rust gaat. Winkels zijn dichtbij maar je hebt wel een auto nodig. Voor uitgaan moet je wel naar Marbella. Een heerlijke plek.

Special interest holidays:

The area is great for long walks -along the beach promenade, or in the mountains for spectacular scenery.


100 meters from the beach. Accessed via overpass.

There is a choice of two beaches, both have beach bars and restaurants, as well as lounger chair services.


50 minutes drive from Malaga airport, 20 minutes from Gibraltar airport.

Malaga airport is usually preferred due to better flight connections and better choice of rental car companies.


Sabinillas is only a couple of minutes drive away. This village has a large selection of restaurants and bars and anything you would need in terms of shops.

Duquesa port is also literally on the doorstep with its restaurants and nightlife.

Further Details:

Sunday market in Sabinillas. Small craft market on Sunday in Sotogrande. Large general market in Estepona on Wednesdays. Famous "bull ring" market in Puerto Banus (20 mins drive) on Saturday.

Waterpark in Algeciras is worth a trip as well as Tivoli world in Arroyo de Miel Benalmadena.
