Marguerita is situated in the hub of Tankerton close to the local shops and restaurants. It is a five minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the famous Whitstable Harbour. Whitstable is a great place for restaurants, shops and water sports. Fabulous restaurants such as the Michelin star Sportmans at Seasalter is a ten minute drive. Jo Jo's is recognised for it's Meze cuisine. It is a ten minute walk away but it does need booking in advance. Wheelers in Whitstable is renowned for it's excellent fish dishes but it does need to be booked well in advance. The harbour at Whitstable has a great fish market and working boats.
This holiday home is decorated to a high standard with the added advantage of having its own personal garden where you can relax, have a BBQ. It also has its own private parking space at the back of the apartment. In House Facilities Central heating, linen and towels, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, cafetiere and Espresso coffee maker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, electric whisk, blender. Shower / bath, hair dryer, ironing facilities, ( Clothes airer in garden) Large flat screen TV, free view box / sky , DVD player, CD player, WiFi, Garden, table and chairs, BBQ. Facilities within 100 metres includes beach, bus stop, tennis courts, shops, ( bakers, butcher, green grocers, ), hairdressers, restaurants, cafes, cash machine, laundrette.

Whitstable is the perfect location for exploring this beautiful corner of Kent.
The apartment is situated within a two minute walk to the beach. The Kitchen and one of the double bedrooms has a sea view.
It is in a great location close to all the local amenities - A fabulous baker next door to the apartment where you can buy croissants and bread for your breakfast. Opposite Marguerita is a a local fruit and Vegetable shop which sells local Kent Produce. it also has its own Cafe. Tankerton high Street also has a butchers where you can buy meat for the BBQ , Tesco Extra, a fabulous wine shop, coffee shops, and two restaurants.
Marguerita also has it's own private garden and parking space for one car. There is free parking along the sea front which is literally two minutes walk away.

The apartment is luxurious, modern, comfortable and spacious. The man bedroom has a king sized bed with an extremely comfortable mattress where guests say that they have had the " best night sleep ever".
The second bedroom has a day bed that can be made into a very large double or twin beds that fit together. This room has a sea view.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, this also has a sea view.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath .
The lounge has a three seater sofa, a two seater sofa , a futon that can be made into a single bed. There is also a dining table and chairs that can seat up to 5 people.
The apartment has a large flat screen TV with a DVD player. There is a Sony I Pod station for an iPhone 5 to play your music.
You can rent out Three bikes from Claire and cycle along the many coastal cycle routes from the apartment to either Whitstable, Herne Bay or Canterbury.
Tennis courts 2 minute walk.
Fantastic views of the sea and Tankerton slopes, Able to explore all the coastal towns and Canterbury City.
Great location to all the local amenities so you do not need a car and public transport is within walking distance- A bus stop is 2 minutes away and Whitstable Station a 10 minute walk.
You can even take a day trip to France as The shuttle is only 20 miles away and just 40 minutes on the Euro Tunnel to Calais.

Myself and my partner recently relocated down to Kent and were in need of a home for two months until we were able to move into our house. The apartment was perfect, location wise for us both but also the amenities in the local area and in the flat (we didnt need to worry about kitchen stuff etc)
We rang Claire (the owner) to request to book and she was lovely, really welcoming and was so flexible with us with the time we needed the flat which was a huge weight off our shoulders at a stressful time. The accommodation has a great location, right by the sea, plenty of places to park, clean, really spacious, huge bedrooms and living room and lovely for a long stay or even a weekend away. Would definitely recommend!!
We had a very nice month in Whitstable. The flat has everything we need and the kitchen is very well equipped. The weather was very good for English conditions so we could use the garden frequently for sunbathing and barbecues. The apartment is large bright and cosy. In the four weeks we had two times a friendly couples to visit. The location is great, shopping and beach around the corner and Whitstable town on foot 10 minutes. But Canterbury by bike or London by train everything was great, what more could you want? The advice and assistance of Claire were great, thanks a lot.
We had a lovely weekend staying in this great apartment. The apartment is nicely furnished with great views of the sea from the kitchen and one bedroom. Unfortunately it was not nice enough to use the garden, but what a great bonus to have. There are a few restaurants and take away's in Tankerton plus a couple of supermarkets and shops. Our son loved the toy shop. It is only about 20 minutes walk into Whitstable with lots more restaurants and shops to look around.Claire and her husband were really nice and very helpful. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Marguerita which is as it's described a Spacious Apartment With Sea Views. It is beautifully presented and situated in a great location being minutes walk away from the beach, local shops and restaurants, and a beautiful walk away from the main town of Whitstable. We had sunshine and no rain everyday which made our stay even better! We will be back.
Flat was a great location, minutes from the beach and a short walk into Whitstable. Claire recommend a lovely restaurant called Jo Jos which was nearby. It was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed playing the boardgames on offer as it was a rainy weekend... We will be returning. Thanks again Claire..

A fully refundable security deposit is due with the final payment of £250 for weekly bookings and £100 deposit for weekend bookings.
