This luxurious and charming 19th century cottage has recently been renovated to provide spacious, comfortable accommodation with an open plan kitchen and dining hall leading into a cosy sitting room with gas fire. The accommodation provides two beautifully furnished bedrooms, one double bedroom (The Oystercatcher) with en-suite and one twin bedroom (The Sandpiper) with separate bathroom. A conservatory leading from the dining hall overlooks a secluded and well laid out garden. The cottage is within easy walking distance of the town, local shops and restaurants. The beach and promenade are only a few minutes walk from the cottage.

NO PETS PERMITTED NO PARTIES (Including STAG NIGHTS OR HEN PARTIES) NO COTS/HIGH CHAIRS AVAILABLE (contact owners regarding children) ON-STREET PARKING AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE BLUE DOUBLE ENTRANCE GATES. Outside: The secluded garden is very well maintained. Gas barbecue is available for use together with outdoor table and chairs. The owners private garden which adjoins the Cottage garden has recently been judged as the "Best Garden" in Newry & Mourne and awarded First Prize at the Newry Agricultural Show held in June 2013. Utility Facilitiy The small utility cupboard has the usual ironing board, iron. vacuum cleaner and ancillary needs. Cleaning / Towels / Linen All towels (including beach towels) and bed linens are provided. For two week stays there will be a bedlinen change after seven days. Other: The garden,overlooked from the conservatory,can be enjoyed from the comfort of two rattan armchairs. A nautical theme runs through most of the cottage and continues into the garden with a beach themed area. See TripAdvisor
