Our lovely front line beach apartment is literally within touching distance of the beautiful Beach which is also situated right on the Marina within less than a 1 minute walk to both the beach & the marina where you will find many restaurants, Bars. The apartment is situated on the ground floor with a lovely garden & patio area overlooking the beach & promenade. The apartment is 1 BEDROOM, fully tiled showroom brand new walk in shower, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room,dining area which also comes with English /Spanish TV, WIFI, The large terrace is ideal for el fresco dinning or romancing while people watching along the promenade, which is all flat. Stunning sea views from every window, very romantic at night. Listen to the waves before you sleep..air con heating & cooling, hair styler All you need is your clothes & personal things. As everywhere is flat it is also ideal for disabled persons. We speak English, German, Dutch and French. The complex has 4 pools, a gym, sauna and 2 paddle courts, underground car parking & 24 hour security. The property will be cleaned before & after your stay only, unless additional cleans & change of linen are requested by you at the time of the booking which there is a small charge. All linen & towels are provided including tea towels. Pool towels are also provided. Changeover Days are completely flexible. There is a safe, so when you arrive please ask for the key we ask €50.00 and when the key is returned we return your €50.00.

Please no smoking in the apartment. The rental charge is for 2 people in the apartment, extra charges for extra guests apply.

About Van den Berghe

I am 60 years young English and married to a Belgium, no children but I have a little dog. I am are based in Germany but hope soon to retire out here. I come out more often than my husband as I like to bring my 91 year old mother or my 93 year old father. We love Spain and our apartments with the beautiful views. It is ideal for me as every where is flat and I can go every where with my mobility scooter or take a slow walk along the promenade or into the port.

The weather is lovely all year round so good for my health.

Having the choice of going into the port and having a drink or something to eat or staying home and watching the world go by in the Garden.

Myself and disabled partner came away for a much needed relaxing break and we certainly found this apartment and its position perfect for this.I would recommend this place - no down side that I could see and we will make sure to come again when work allows!

Perfect In Every Way

This being my first holiday for over a year due to a serious illness we were hoping for a chilled week in the sunshine,This apartment ticked ALL the boxes.Spacious and clean with all the facilities you could possibly need.Very peaceful and quiet and a fantastic garden so you can sunbathe and BBQ with an unspoilt view of the sea,the beach being only a few meters away.The marina where all the bars and restaurants are is only a five minute stroll away,We met the owners who are very friendly and helpful, What a lovely holiday we had and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Again!!!

All we wanted

The Flat was everything we could have expected. A perfect location for a quiet holiday near to everything but with its own privacy. We took our dog Rosie and there were no problems either in the flat or in the district. Our only reluctance in recommending this flat is that it will encourage other people to rent it and that might make it more difficult to rent it again which we fully intend to do. Thanks to Dianne for a great stay.

Perfect!!!

Booked this apartment last minute and so glad we did. The owner was most helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We already holiday in this beautiful area but being so close to Duquesa Port on this occasion was a bonus. It's a stones throw from the beach and the port yet it still manages to be peaceful and private. The apartment was simply wonderful, a real home from home with everything you might need and more. It was extremely spacious for a one bed apartment and the garden and terrace makes it even more special. It was spotless and extremely well cared for. We would not hesitate to book again and would happily recommend this ideal location and apartment.

A diamond in Duquesa

What a fantastic place ,central to the marina and all the bars restaurants .Apartment was home from home with the best garden overlooking the sea it was so peaceful we watched the sunrise and sunset so beautiful .The owner is very professional and covers all aspects of renting a holiday home , would highly recommend and will book again for next year ..

Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

Well if you fall out of bed you may end up on the beach we are that close, the port with several international and English pubs restaurants and bars is only a minute away by foot, Sabinillas the Spanish town is about 5 mins away by foot, with banks supermarkets and different shops, so to be honest you do not really need a hire car. The area speaks mostly English so no language problems to worry about.

Travel:

Malaga 1hour.15 or GIB is 40 mins depending on traffic of course.

Distances:

A gated community with direct access to the beach. 24 hour security with allocated parking space and lift to apartment. The view along the coast is spectacular reaching to Estepona and beyond. The promenade in front takes you to Sabinillas in one direction and El Castillo in the other and the sound of the sea is never far away.

Further Details:

Everything is on your doorstep or 5 mins away, if you can use internet you can have everything delivered to you the day you arrive and its all in English.
