Apartment 1 overlooks the harbour. Apartment 10 is a comfortable two bedroomed apartment, quietly located just a minute's walk to bustling Staithe Street, the heart of the town. This recently built apartment has a sunny living area incorporating a well equipped modern kitchen as well as a dining area. There is a sizeable double bedroom whilst the second bedroom has two single beds. There is a large shower room incorporating a sizeable walk-in shower. Warm all the year round, perfectly located and equipped to enjoy a visit to this beautiful location on the coast.

Nice modern apartment in the heart of Wells
The property in general is great - a clean modern apartment right in the heart of Wells.
1. comfy beds
3. well furnished and equipped
4. clean and modern

6. great location within Wells
1. there are a few child safety issues for younger children 1) the external door only locks with a thumb turn, no option to lock with a key, meaning our 3 year old could easily escape which was a worry. We blocked the exit with dining chairs at night. 2. The cords on all the window blinds have no safety measures 3) cleaning products and sharp knives stored at low level in easy reach of a toddler. Not a major problem, just moved them all to high cupboards
2. Beware the door handles making holes in the plasterboard walls, a few door stops wouldn't go amiss
3. Access and parking a bit tight but not a major issue
4. A DVD player would be nice
5. No freezer
All in all the apartment was a great base for our holiday and we would definitely consider staying there again.
Comfortable Accommodation in Excellent Location
Very enjoyable stay - everything provided in accommodation, (which is generally pristine but for a few minor points e.g. Poorly fitting cheap plug in bathroom basin, "wonky" toilet seat.). Would book again.
Lovely modern flat in a great location right in the heart of Wells
The location was perfect for all that you might wish to do while on holiday in Wells. The location, just off Staithes street was about as central as you might wish to be, great for shops, pubs, restaurants, the beach and quayside. If you are looking for sea views this is not the property as the windows are facing inland.
Well located, well equipped. Warm, clean and welcoming. All one needs for an enjoyable stay.

Coast/Beach: Less than 1 minute walk from the front door to the harbour front. 20 minutes walk (5 minutes drive) to miles of sand at the renowned Wells and Holkham beaches. Travel: Nearest railway stations Sheringham (35 minutes drive) or Kings Lynn (45 minutes drive). 1 hour drive to Norwich. Distances: Stiffkey, Morston, Blakeney and Cley are all worth visiting for the pubs or shops within 20 minutes drive along the coast road to the East, with Sheringham and Cromer further afield. Holt, with its fantastic shops, restaurants, and the Auden Theatre is just 20 minute drive inland. You can walk to Holkham Hall, and visit the hall, café, and grounds. Felbrigg Hall, Oxburgh Hall, Blickling Hall, and Houghton Hall are also comfortable driving distances.
