Tedbridge is an enchantingly pretty, stone and thatch cottage, set in the midst of delightful wildlife and water gardens. All rooms are sunny and light, and face south with views over the ponds.
The house was built around 1700, and there is an inglenook fire place in the sitting room, and a similar feature in the kitchen. Before the days of en suite bathrooms, it was considered a luxury to have a hand basin in each bedroom and Tedbridge has retained this quaint tradition.
The property is set in the simply stunning scenery of the East Devon AONB. The grounds cover 3 acres and are designed to promote wildlife and provide a peaceful haven for human beings. This is an ideal location for walkers, bird watchers, and all those with an interest in wildlife and natural gardening.
