Great place to stay away from home
The accommodation has everything needed for a self catering stay away. It's a very pleasant and quiet accommodation with it's own little garden and access.
Microwave, Kettle, cooker and even a Tassimo coffee machine are available, it was very useful to have a full kitchen with a 5 month baby with us.
The shower a very modern but we had some issues with the temperature staying constant and the instructions before arrival could do with some improvements but this is only a minor thing. Certainly would stay again!
Really pleasant and delightful place to stay

We stayed here to be close to our family while visiting from Spain. The location and accommodation was perfect. Extremely clean and comfortable - a real home from home which was just what we needed - thank you :-)
Cozy and comfortable apartment
This apartment was perfect for my wife and me. Clean and modern, with a nice courtyard. As others have mentioned, there is no washing machine, but there is a small kitchen with all of the basics. Just a double bed--it was perfect for us, but it would be very cozy for two larger adults! Parking is a bit tight, but the owners and their family are very accommodating. Cosy little Annexe on the whole.
My husband and I had a very nice stay on the whole at the Annexe. The heating did not come early enough on the first morning but the owner altered the timer ... but on the Saturday we were due to leave it came on late like before so it was a cold start upstairs. The place was very clean and nicely appointed, and owner was very approachable and helpful.

Excellent duplex apartment for a couple, well maintained, modern furniture, furnishings and equipment, open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge with direct access to small furnished courtyard garden (with a squirrel to keep you entertained!). Easy driving distances to local attractions. Friendly and helpful owners.

Booking Notes: 20% deposit required when booking. Balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. if the booking is 2 or less weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required. For cancellations 6 weeks or more prior to arrival - full refund of deposit; 0-2 weeks prior to arrival - no refund; 2-4 weeks - 25% refund; 4-6 weeks - 50% refund. If we manage to re-let the period booked, a full refund of deposit will be given. A fully refundable damage deposit of £100 is also required on payment of balance/ Changeover Day: Changeover days are Saturday. Alternative dates may be possible dependent upon demand. Guests may arrive from 3.00 pm onwards and vacate by 10.00 a.m on departure day.
