One bedroom apartment with private courtyard with off-road parking, close to the villages of Hamble-Le-Rice, Butlocks Heath and Netley Abbey. Close to the marinas at Hamble and Swanwick. Ten minute walk to Netley Victoria Country Park. Apartment consists of kitchenette with microwave, fridge, oven and hob with dining table for two. Lounge area with chair and two seater sofa-bed, with T.V. Bedroom consists of one double bed, chest of drawers and single wardrobe. Bathroom with shower cubicle, w.c. and basin with plenty of drawer space. A hairdryer is included.
My husband and I had a very nice stay on the whole at the Annexe. The heating did not come early enough on the first morning but the owner altered the timer ... but on the Saturday we were due to leave it came on late like before so it was a cold start upstairs. The place was very clean and nicely appointed, and owner was very approachable and helpful.
Excellent duplex apartment for a couple, well maintained, modern furniture, furnishings and equipment, open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge with direct access to small furnished courtyard garden (with a squirrel to keep you entertained!). Easy driving distances to local attractions. Friendly and helpful owners.
Small but functional apartment with a small garden to enjoy the outside. Essentials in the apartment but no washing machine. Owner very friendly and helpful. A few problems with the heat control on the shower. Great free wifi and TV.
Very clean, and quiet. Perfect size for a couple. Hard to spot at first, especially if your not used to driving in the UK, owner was quite helpful. Close to stores, train station, short drive to Potrsmouth or Southhampton. Highly recommend this apartment.
This is a lovely apartment in a quiet location within walking distance to the train. Was perfect for the two of us.
Brilliant Location - Near to Netley and Hamble
Lounge and Kitchen were perfect, Kitchen nicely stocked with Equipment
Bedroom was adequately sized, bed little soft for me but thats a preference thing.
Bathroom was large and spacious.
With everything you got for the price it was fantastic, highly recommend.

20% deposit required when booking. Balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. if the booking is 2 or less weeks prior to arrival, full payment is required.
For cancellations 6 weeks or more prior to arrival - full refund of deposit; 0-2 weeks prior to arrival - no refund; 2-4 weeks - 25% refund; 4-6 weeks - 50% refund.
If we manage to re-let the period booked, a full refund of deposit will be given.
A fully refundable damage deposit of £100 is also required on payment of balance/
Changeover days are Saturday. Alternative dates may be possible dependent upon demand. Guests may arrive from 3.00 pm onwards and vacate by 10.00 a.m on departure day.
