Nestling in the countryside on the outskirts of Pwllheli the cottage has all the benefits of being close to Pwllheli, e.g. beach, shopping, restaurants, marina etc. whilst enjoying the tranquillity of the countryside and enjoying unspoilt views across the hills and fields. There are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and single and the second has twin beds. Both sitting rooms have wood burners.

Emma and John Tumelty purchased this Cottage in 2014
Why Emma and John Tumelty chose Llannor
We love the Llyn Peninsula - it's coastline, people and relaxed way of life!
What makes this Cottage unique
The house is so spacious offering couples a sitting room each if they want time on their own, or a room for the children to go to to get away from the old folks!

Very relaxing stay
We had a lovely time in a very relaxing location, nice and peaceful, only the sounds of nature, Cottage is a lot bigger than it looks on pictures, loved sitting on the verandah every morning with my coffee. I celebrated my 60th while i was there, central to a lot of beaches and scenery. Porthmadog where you can drive on the beach is lovely and obviously a drive through snowdonia
We are really glad that you had a lovely stay in Pwllheli and found the cottage well appointed. Happy 60th! We hope to welcome you back some day. Best wishes Emma
Lovely cottage in a great location
Great cottage with a nice big enclosed garden ideal for dogs. Perfect location for exploring the Llyn Peninsula and Snowdonia. Well equipped and lots of room. Loved the seaside themed decor. Close enough to the town to be convenient but far enough to be blissfully quiet. Recommend a walk up to the trig point on the hill nearby. Tricky in places but worth it for the fabulous views.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We are really glad you enjoyed this beautiful part of the world and found the cottage well equipped. We hope to welcome you back someday! Best wishes Emma and John
We have just come back from our stay in this beautiful cottage. Pictures don't really do it justice. It is very well situated not far from town if you don't mind walking up a few hills, but well worth it. The cottage is well presented with plenty of space and well equipped. We took our 3 dogs and they loved the garden too. The beaches in the area are fantastic and all welcomed our dogs. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Emma and family x
Thank you very much for such a lovely review and we really hope to welcome you back sometime soon :-) Emma x
An absolute gem
We were very happy with this property. We stayed here in August, with our 9-year-old, whose main concern was "is there wi-fi" (there is!). Easy to find, tucked just out of town, away from the traffic, with lovely views. The cottage itself is really well presented and tastefully decorated. It has everything you could possibly need and there are many thoughtful touches and imaginative details. The kitchen is brilliantly equipped, there are two lounges, both cosy and comfortable, and the bedrooms are both a nice size. There is a decking area with seating facing on to a lovely garden, and the views across the fields are stunning. It's very peaceful. It takes minutes by car to get into town, where there are lots of places to eat and visit. Both local beaches are easily accessible, and lined with free parking. There is lots to see in the area, plenty of nearby attractions if required, and we found the locals were really friendly. We enjoyed our time here, and would visit again. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and we experienced no problems.
Thanks very much for your lovely review, Claire. We are really glad you had a good holiday and that you found the house comfortable and well equipped. We hope to welcome you again to stay on the Llyn Peninsula! Thanks again. Best wishes, Emma.
Coast/Beach: Beautiful sandy beaches that are very quiet await you. The eastern beach is very very long and is suitable for everyone, dogs included. The beach to the west of Pwllheli is also beautiful but has restrictions on when dogs can visit. Travel: Holyhead is only an hour away if you are arriving from Dublin. The journey to Pwllheli is a very beautiful one, whether you come through North Wales along the coast or through the heart of Snowdonia and the national park. Distances: Pwllheli - 1 mile Porthmadog - 13 miles Abersoch - 7 miles Hells Mouth - 9 miles Mt Snowdon - 24 miles (All distances via google maps) Further Details: Pwllheli has many shops, restaurants, and pubs. For your food shop there is a Co-op near the beach and Asda as you enter the town. The town is a thriving little hotspot where all your needs should be catered for (hopefully!)
