Gorgeous panoramic sea views country house, with private swimming pool, located in the middle of nature. It´s really perfect for rest and relaxation.
The villa is divided in 3 individual apartments:
Apart.3: Upper floor. Three bedrooms apartment, each one with a couple of individual beds, three bathrooms, dining room + kitchen and living room with fireplace.
The swimming pool is shared with the other two apartments.
Bastianaccio
Wonderful country house with pool and panoramic views of the sea. Located in the midst of nature, ideal to rest.
Conformed by 3 apartments, completely independent:
Apartment 1: Ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 single beds, one bathroom, kitchen/dining room and lounge with chimney.
Apartment 2: Ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 single beds each, two bathrooms, kitchen/dining room and lounge with chimney.
Apartment 3: On the first floor, 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each, 3 bathrooms, kitchen/dining room and lounge with chimney.

A quiet place in the woods
Bastianaccio 3 is the perfect place to enjoy convenience and stillness. Three separate apartments feature everything you need for relaxed holidays. You will find three bathrooms and three bedrooms.
The kitchen features a dishwasher, a washing machine, a mircowave and a coffee machine. One time the dishwasher did not work. But it was instantly fixed by the always kind and helpful manager and his friendly wife.
If you are lucky you can observe the wild boars searching for acorns. The pool is clean like the whole property. You are able to enjoy a peaceful time there. Bathtubs you can find in the three bathrooms. Only the water pressure it quite low. But you can take a shower next to the pool as well.
Summarizing I can say I spent a marvelous week in Bastianaccio 3 and I recommend the place, which is perfect for families.
Toller Urlaub
Wir verbrachten tolle zwei Wochen in der Wohnung im 1. Stock. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war überdurchschnittlich. Lediglich die Warm-Wasser-Versorgung beim Waschen und Duschen war schwierig, da sich die Gas-Therme immer wieder ausgeschaltet hat.
Die Lage ist besonders. Toller Blick von der Wohnung und vom Pool. Bei gutem Wetter bis Korsika. Nachts laufen die Wildschweine um das Haus und kommen bis auf 100m ran. Hat bei den Kindern zu Begeisterungsstürmen geführt. Toll, wenn man das Beobachten kann.
Der Weg zur Ferienwohnung ist wenn man langsam und kein tiefergelegtes Fahrzeug besitzt gut zu meistern. Dauert ca. 7 Minuten von der Teerstraße.
Die Bremsen sind zahlreich unterwegs, wenn man im Freien ist. Sie sind jedoch nicht so aggressiv wie in Deutschland. An unseren Pool-Tagen wurden wir nur zweimal gestochen. Mann muss ruhig bleiben und dann verschwinden sie wieder. Waren am Anfang jedoch schon besorgt. Gerade wenn man mit dem Auto ankommt sind sie besonders zahlreich.
Kommen gerne wieder in die Wohnung.
Sehr schönees Haus
Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus sehr sehr nette Vermieter,toller Ausblick ,allerdings der weg dort hin war sehr sehr schlecht ,am besten mit einem Geländerwagen zu erreichen.Das Haus hat super Ausstattung war im insterat viel zu wenig aufgelistet dabei war Mikrowelle,backofen,toaster,kaffeemaschiene alles Tip Top....
Leider viele bremsen die wie eine plage über einen her fallen so das man leider keinen Spaziergang in der schönen Landschaft um das Haus machen kann.Für Abenteuerer bestimmt toll mitten im Wald.Wirklich schade es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, der nächste Ort mit geschäften zu erreichen 15 minuten mit dem Auto.Mussten früher abreisen da unsere Autos die Strecke nicht mehr länger mit gemacht hätten.Es wäre super wenn man auch die Strecke auf einer Karte zeigt wie kurvig es ist bis zum Haus.Denoch möchte ich es nicht als schlecht bewerten wie gesagt war nur für uns nicht geeignet.
