Lovely views and well equipped property
Fantastic sea views from the lounge and quick access to the beach. We were delighted by the comfortable and well presented property. We had stormy weather and enjoyed sheltering in this wonderful home. Breezy sea walks with the dog, deep bath tub to soak in and Netflix for evenings in. Would recommend for location and high spec finish of the house. LOVED it. Thanks Bev for your friendly hello and helpfulness.
Thank you for your great review, and although the weekend weather was very "beast from the east", we're delighted you had such a relaxing time, and Red enjoyed her beach walks!
We hope to see you again at The Lookout.
Perfect Dog Friendly Property.
Well located property, close to beach access steps and town centre. Great facilities in property itself and ideal for our 2 dogs. Couldn't fault it!
Thank you, and we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay.
The doggies were lovely and we know they had a great time, especially the beach swims, and
we hope you all come back again.

Wow what a great review, thank you! We are delighted you enjoyed your stay, and we certainly look forward to you coming back to stay with us again.
Wow what a fantastic get away
I’m writing this review on behalf of my parents who have just spent a weekend at The Lookout! They had a fantastic time despite the bitterly cold weather. They couldn’t have had a warmer welcome. A bottle of wine, some sweet treats for them and some doggy treats for their pooch too! Bev the owner popped in just to check they had everything they needed and to answer any questions they had. The house was extremely well equipped (Bev had thought of everything they could need) and they said how lovely, warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean the whole house was.
The views are lovely, there’s easy access to the beach and lovely walks along the beach front. Mum and Dad are already planning their next trip there and we certainly intend to book up too. Thank you very much Bev for all your help in arranging this surprise trip for them and making it such a lovely (well deserved and much needed) break for them.
Thank you for your tremendous review, and I was only too pleased to help give your parents a lovely weekend.
I am delighted that they enjoyed their stay in spite of the cold weather, and I look forward to seeing you and your family again for a return stay at The Lookout.
Beautiful house and view warm in character
Wonderful time. Wanted to take my girlfriend somewhere special. Highly recommended. I did a lot of research and the lookout looked the best. It didn’t disappoint. We bumped in Bev on the way in very friendly. There was a bottle of wine and delicious posh chocolate ginger biscuits! Not like a hotel, the house is actually warm and cosy, feels human, with everything you need, but without feeling like your stepping into someone’s house and personal style. Not an easy thing to pull off actually. Wonderful views and walks. Very beautiful sea. I’ll be recommending it to friends. Thanks for a great time.
Thanks Nick for the smashing review! We really try to make our guests feel at home, and we're so pleased The Lookout lived up to your expectations, come back and see us soon!
Clean beautifully decorated upside down house
We stay here for christmas this year. We had four adults and 2 dogs in the Lookout. Everything was perfect. Bev came to greet us and to show us the ins and outs of the property before leaving us to our christmas break. I could not fault Bev or the the Lookout in anyway it was amazing. Everything has been freshly decorated with new furniture. We cooked a full christmas dinner there and the kitchen was very well equipt to do this. Eating breakfast on the balcony wrapped in a blanket was a perfect way to start the day. There are a couple of pubs nearby, a chinese and a fish and chip shop and a spar. We did not have to leave mundsley with the walk on the beach by the Lookout and the walk at the other end of mundsley it had everything we all wanted. Thankyou to Bev for putting some christmas decorations up and for making our christmas break brilliant.
We’re so pleased you had such an enjoyable Christmas at The Lookout, and thank you for such a positive review.
