|Minimum Stay||2 nights|
Well appointed spacious studio accommodation in a rural location to sleep 4 with gated entrance and ample off road parking situated in a small village in the New Forest and close to the coast.
Wow, what an amazing place to stay, the pictures really don't do it justice, a really beautiful barn, super clean, with all the facilities you want. A special mention, about the most amazingly comfortable bed, honestly out of this world.
Jane and Vincent were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful, which makes such a difference when staying somewhere.(we are tattooed with dreadlocks, some times get pre judged , but not here,:) ). it's setting is absolutely lovely, set in the New forest, so loads of walks near by. And their dog Rosco, he is super friendly and loved having him come and visit.
For a quiet retreat in beautiful setting, this really is the place for you.
The studio was absolutely gorgeous, attention to detail and quality of the barn and everything in it was outstanding. We loved having the use of the private field for early morning and evening runs with our dogs. Roscoe the Newfoundland made an excellent meet and greet, we paid him in treats!
Vincent and Jane also made us feel very welcome and are very laid back and easy going.
The studio has WiFi, even though not advertised, this place is an amazing find, in a great location and we will definitely be back and be telling our dog loving friends about you. Send me a link and I will happily let my customers at doggie day care also know about you.
Best wishes Sarah, Nigel, Fly, Missy Moo & Crumble
We have just returned from our 4th visit to Tiptoe - which speaks for itself!! The Studio apartment is first rate, very comfortable and in a peaceful location with easy access to the coast. Jane and Vincent are always welcoming, friendly and so accommodating. We love the countryside/forest walks and of course Rosko the friendly giant - he is so gentle for such a large dog. We are already sorting out dates for next year - can't wait to see Rosko again (sorry Vincent!!)

Anyone needing a break from the hustle and bustle of life will find The Studio a perfect retreat. We have recently returned from a short break staying at Jane and Vincent's beautiful studio and have already booked another break there next month. The studio sits away from the main house facing a large garden and when we visited there were sheep grazing in the adjoining field. Jane and Vincent have provided everything, and more, that you may need for a stay away from home. The studio benefits from plenty of light from the windows and a high ceiling with open beams.
There is easy access to the forest giving the opportunity to walk or cycle in this lovely part of the world (the sky seems so much bigger here!). We also visited the coast and sat looking over to the Isle of Wight from nearby New Milton. There are many places to explore and all are easily accessible from the Studio including a few welcoming pubs.
I would like to keep this place a secret but feel that would be selfish and others should benefit from the tranquillity of The Studio.
Many thanks Jane and Vincent

Had a fantastic break at Vincent and Jane's Studio Appartment. The property is kept to an excellent standard are we were made very welcome on arrival. Had the delight of meeting Roscoe the Newfoundland, who is the loveliest natured dog we've ever met, our two children are still taking about him now (4 weeks later). If you ask Vincent kindly he may even take you for a quick drive in one of their beautiful cars - that was my highlight!!! Thanks Vincent and Jane, we hope to see you again soon. Claire, Adam, Sophie and baby Lucy
We booked the Studio Barn for a few days away just to relax and chill out with our two dogs in the New Forest, and i don't think we could have picked a better place to stay.
Jane and Vincent (the owners) could not have done more for us, they are very welcoming and friendly and have worked hard to make the Studio Barn a fantastic little getaway.
The property is everything you could want it to be - clean, well equipped, comfortable, and for a studio very spacious.
There is a large safe & secure garden that is great for the dogs (or children) to run around in along with Jane and Vincent's dog Rosco.
Good walking in the New Forest plus excellent dog friendly local pub/restaurant.
We will definitely be booking again.
