Stones Throw villa has a new kitchen, an attractive lounge/diner and two bedrooms and family bathroom upstairs. It is situated in the middle of its block within a small complex of beachside apartments. A good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants are only a short level walk away and there are many other facilities in the village including an excellent 18-hole golf course, horse-riding, gliding, surfing, kite-school, tennis, bowling and much more.

Undercover parking for one car is at the front entrance. Downstairs accommodation: Kitchen: Newly fitted units with ample work surfaces. There is an electric cooker, fridge with a small freezer compartment and a microwave. Lounge/diner: A spacious room with double glazed French doors which lead out towards the beach. There are two comfy sofas, a dining table with chairs to accommodate six people and a small TV with a DVD player. Upstairs: Bedroom one: Double bed (4ft 6ins) with a single day bed (3ft). Bedroom two: One single bed and a set of pine bunk beds 3ft, therefore, suitable for adults and children. This room benefits from having a balcony overlooking the sands. Bathroom: Bath with shower over, wash basin and WC.

Please note this property does not provide towels. Towels can be hired from us for a small additional charge, or feel free to bring your own.

* Parking for one car is allocated undercover solely for use of Flat 17. Additional parking space can be obtained (extra cost - £10).

* Please note due to the archway into the main car park: the parking area is limited to the height of 7"4'and no wider than a standard car.

At the end of the beach closest to the town – Easter holidays then from 1st May to the 30th September and October half term.

At the Perran Sands end of Perranporth beach - mid May to the end of September.

Perranporth beach is dog friendly with dogs allowed on the beach all year round. However, from July to September dogs must be kept on a short lead between the hours of 10am and 5pm.

Perranporth has access to South West coast paths in both directions for walking and exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall.
