Situated within a few yards from the sea makes this an ideal holiday home for those who enjoy the seaside and has easy access to some of the best coastline in the country. This spacious ground floor apartment with wonderful beach views is very nicely furnished and benefits from having rear doors overlooking the glorious golden sands of Perranporth. It is the closest apartment in its block to the beach being at the end of a small complex of beachside apartments. A good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants are only a short level walk and there are many other facilities in the village including an excellent 18-hole golf course, horse-riding, gliding, surfing, kite-school, tennis, bowling and much more. Two steps lead to the entrance either to the front or to the rear door. Entrance hall giving access to the kitchen, lounge/diner, two bedrooms and a shower-room. Kitchen: Tiled floor, electric cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Lounge / diner: Dining table with chairs to accommodate up to four people, comfy sofas, a wall mounted electric fire and a colour t.v. with a DVD player. Two bedrooms: Bedroom One: Twin beds (3ft). Bedroom Two: Double bed (4ft 6ins). Both rooms have ample storage space. Shower room: Fully tiled room with a walk in shower (electric), wash hand basin and w.c.

Please note that from the end of 2015 pets will not be accepted at this property.

Parking: Parking for one car is allocated undercover solely for use of Flat 1. An additional parking space can be obtained (at an extra cost of £10). Please note due to the archway the parking area is limited to the height of 7" 4'and no wider than a standard car.
