Kitchen: Tiled floor, electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer. Lounge/diner: Large dining table with chairs, two large leather sofas, easy chairs, TV and DVD player. Two bedrooms: Bedroom One: Twin beds (3ft). Bedroom two: Double bed (4ft 6ins) and bunk beds (3ft). Both rooms have ample storage space. Shower room: Fully tiled room with a walk-in shower (electric), wash hand basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Please note this property does not provide towels or tea towels. Towels can be hired from us at £6 per person (one bath towel and one hand towel), or feel free to bring your own. Electricity is not included in the rental price and is operated by a £1 coin meter.
There is parking for one car. An additional parking permit is available at £10 per week, this can be booked with Sandbay. Please note that due to an archway the parking area is limited to 7' 4" height and 6' 7" wide.
