The concept of the duplex is based on everybody enjoying privacy and calm while taking advantage of the open spaces.

Maison La Tour offers a peaceful location where it is hard to leave as “comfortable” is a key word in this rental apartment.

Situated in the middle of Cap d’Antibes between Juan-les-pins and Antibes Old-Town, it takes just 4 minutes to walk to the centre of either . You will be able to access any beach of your choice in any direction you go, the lively life of Juan-les-pins at night and the fresh market stalls on the popular “Marché Provencal" in the morning.

The property has a large living area with an open kitchen which extends to the outside by an open terrace. The Master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite with a dressing-room and can be considered as a mini apartment by itself, once the unique door of the duplex is closed. Two other bedrooms situated on the lower part can be accessed from the house, through a spiral staircase or from the entrance of the home. There is a shower-room en suite from the bedroom #3.Two terraces for lunching and dinning.

Born in Antibes and went to live in UK for 10 years. Came back in 2003 and purchased the property in 2008. My back-ground is Franco-Italian- English. My two children live in UK and come to visit their house, enjoying Antibes whenever possible. My professional occupation pulls me abroad constantly. So it is always with great excitement that I come home. I love to walk to the lighthouse of la Garoupe where I can admire endlessly the view of the cost from St Tropez to Italy. I can walk to get fresh fish from the fishermen on the various ports which surround the house.

What a Lovely apartment you have which really has a homey feeling. Thank you again Olivier for a lovely experience on the Cotes D'Azur. The weather was perfect, my Wife and I loved all the beaches in Antibes and Juan Les Pains and espeacially the real feeling of a holiday as everyone was so nice in the local area. Antibes is located between sea and Mountains. Equally, provides excellent access to countryside. This geographic position offers excellent grounds for sport activities. Therefore, it can be possible to access any kind of sport, going from Paragliding in Gourdon, Go karting in Grasse, etc....

Coast/Beach:

Being located in the centre of Cap D’Antibes, it is just 250m to walk to the nearest beach “La Salis” or any sandy beach in Juan-les-pins. We are 50m to the gardens of La Maison Thuret. You will be able to go along the shore of Cap d’Antibes Through the “Smuglers Path”. As well as to the well known “Marché Provencal” where all the locals get their weekly groceries and superb fresh products. Discover the colourful stalls and go through the motion of experiencing your taste buds.

Travel:

Nice airport is 25 Minutes away by car. Or airport bus runs regularly into Antibes. Train Service is also an alternative. There is a bus-stop opposite, on the Boulevard du Cap. For your convenience, Taxi service from Nice Airport can be arranged upon arrival.

Distances:

Antibes Old-Town and Juan-les-pins are at 4 minutes walk. 10Kms Cannes. 20Kms Nice. 45 Kms Monaco. 100Kms St Tropez. 60Kms Italy/Vintimille.

Maison La Tour gives a feeling of typical Provencal house in the heart of the French Riviera. It provides a feeling of peace; however it is in no time away from civilisation and bubbly, lively experiences. Food is vital to France. Therefore restaurants and all kind of shops are available to guests. It is more difficult to choose which one rather than finding one. Not to forget the sailing clubs down the roads. It is advised to pay a visit to the imposing yachting marina (Port Vauban – The Biggest in Europe) and discover the most famous yachts in the world. There are many cultural events in town all-year-round. Picasso, Matisse Museum, De Stael exhibition, Jazz Festival de la Pinede. And many more…

Notes on accommodation: The owner aims to make the stay as comfortable and as relaxing as possible. Toiletries, Wine, CD’s, English books, Charcoal Barbecue are available to guests. Outside: The property offers two areas for dining and lounging depending on the time of day! The outdoor decking area, leading from the kitchen is perfect for breakfast to enjoy the morning sun. The other terrace is shaded and ideal for lunch and dinner, as it is protected by a sail parasol secured over the dining area. There is ample space at the outdoor dining table to comfortably seat up to 10 guests. Each terrace is secluded and protected by the surrounding enclosure once the gate is closed. The outdoor lifestyle is complete with the American style charcoal BBQ at your disposal to enjoy, home barbecued locally sourced fresh food from our markets. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen provided. All bed linen are in 600 Thread Egyptian cotton. There is a large number of towels. Separate beach towel are provided.
