Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 en-suite bathroom apartment located just behind Crystal Mall on Kalawad Road opposite the IOC Quarters. The apartment is elegantly furnished to a luxurious standard throughout and benefits from a huge lounge/dining area which is great for socialising and family gatherings. All three bedrooms are finished beautifully, with particular attention to detail and come with their own LCD TV and fitted wardrobes with lots of hanging space. There are two double bedrooms and a third with twin beds. There is also two additional air beds available providing for max. 8 persons. The large modern kitchen comes complete with all mod cons including a large Samsung fridge/freezer with ice maker and dishwasher. The lounge is beautifully furnished including a traditional sofa/swing, LCD TV and a small balcony. The dining area has a dining table and six chairs. Comes complete with all furnishings including cooking utensils and cutlery. The laundry room has an automatic front loading washing machine. All rooms are individually air conditioned. 24 hr security.
Free WIFI facility is available in the apartment but please be aware that the connection speed and availability is not as you may have in the UK or USA.
The lighting in each room has been designed to provide a mixture of mood and functional lighting and is a great feature when entertaining.
Outside there is a communal garden area with kids play equipment and allocated parking.
The apartment is on the first floor of this new development and has a lift facility.
The location is quite central and is ideal to visit local attractions and shopping areas.
Crystal Mall is only minutes away and has an array of modern retail outlets including clothes and jewellery shops and a D-Mart supermarket providing groceries and home ware. There is a local AMUL milk store opposite Crystal Mall.
There are a number of local kiosks/shops providing snacks and local delicacies, local tailor and laundry/ironing facility, home cleaning facility and daily delivery of fresh drinking water facility, should you require any of these we can make the initial contact and they will contact you directly.
There is a local English speaking agent who is very welcoming and friendly and will do his best to look after you and make sure your visit to our apartment is stress free and relaxing.
I moved to the UK with my family in the early seventies from Uganda. I was very young when arriving in the UK and have grown up mostly in London, UK but have been based in Hertfordshire for the last 15 years running my own property management and letting business.
I live with my wife and three teenage children.

Rajkot is a vibrant city and where most of my relatives in India live. We loved the location of this property tucked away behind Crystal Mall and just a short drive or rickshaw ride to the main shopping areas. We've found this area and location very safe and with the 24/7 security guard our children and elders have felt extremely comfortable. The other factor was ease of finding this location and everyone knows Crystal Mall and the IOC quarters. We've regularly ordered takeaways and there's been no problems with them finding us.
We loved the location of this property and have tried our best to make it as a home from home with all the creature comforts you'd expect. The location is ideal to visit Rajkot or as a base to start your tour of India.

Once your reservation is confirmed you will receive an invoice for the deposit and rental payment and a rental contract. We will need a copy of your passport and a utility bill to confirm address. The contract needs to be signed and returned and the invoice paid in full at least 14 days before arrival into our UK bank account. We do not accept payment in any other currency.
