A perfect family week in a perfect setting

The extended family stayed at Can Fanals for a week and it was perfect for all of us from the 5 year old to the 70 year old. Our first impressions were that the photographs do not do the place justice - it really is quite beautiful, with wonderful views. Moreover we arrived to find the house well stocked with drinks and basic food necessities. Jurga and Fredrik are the perfect hosts who go out of their way to make you feel at home and well cared for. An unforgettable holiday in a beautiful villa

We stayed at Can Fanals as my niece was getting married on the island. It more than met our expectations - the villa and guest house are spotless and very well maintained with everything you need for a holiday. There were 14 adults and plenty of space for us all.

The location was perfect for us being very private, with fantastic views and within 5 minutes walking of a nature reserve with lots of marked walking trails. Also within 5 minutes of gorgeous little beaches. The supermarket in Alcudia has a fantastic fish counter!

Jurga was very helpful from the first time I contacted her and always responded quickly to any questions - before, during and after our stay. She and Fredrik were there to meet us and show us around even though we were a bit delayed.

We would definitely recommend this villa (already have!) - thank you Jurga and Fredrik for an unforgettable week.

Great villa

We had three families staying and we all loved the place. There was everything that we could need and the views were brilliant. The grounds provided great space for the kids to play and the pool heating worked brilliantly. The managers gave us a great welcome and were very helpful and attentive.

Can't wait to stay here again.

Beautiful Can Fanals

Can Fanals is absolutely stunning. Lovely, spacious house with seven aircon bedrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, beautiful big garden with pool, barbecue/bar and shady seating. Everything was so clean and well-maintained and nothing was left to chance. Jurga and Fredrik are wonderful hosts - nothing was too much trouble. The house is in a great position to explore the lovely island of Mallorca. We cannot recommend Can Fanals highly enough. 10 out of 10!

What an amazing villa. Perfect for our family gathering of 14. Ample space for all and plenty of quiet areas for those wanting to have some time alone. Jurga and Frederik were very welcoming on our arrival and left us with drinks in the fridge which was a nice thought as we arrived on the hottest day of the year. This villa is truly a sunning place, perfect to relax and unwind with scenery to match. The pool area is amazing with a covered pergola seating area for those seeking shade plus plenty of sun loungers. The outside covered barbecue area and bar is fantastic for party nights. The villa is ideally situated in a quiet area between Alcudia Port and Alcudia Old Town with Puerto Pollensa not that far away. It was just perfect. We would love to return one day. Thank you so much we had an amazing time.

A perfect holiday

We were a family party of 11 covering four generations and the house and its grounds were perfect for us. Lots of space inside the house, comfy beds and a practical lay out. Lovely views from the terraces, very nice to have breakfast and supper in the open air as the sun rises and sets. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need. The wine fridge by the pool was very useful for keeping some chilled beers close to hand.

The pool was very clean and a good temperature, the tiles aren't slippy so young children are unlikely to have any accidents. The gazebo is perfect if you want to spend some time in the shade or have a barbecue in the evening.

The grounds are beautifully kept with pathways taking you through the gardens and around the whole property. Although the town is not far away the house felt very peaceful and private as none of the neighbouring properties are visible from the grounds.

The owners were very helpful and assured us that we could call them at any time, as everything worked perfectly during our stay we had no need to.

Having rented quite a few properties over the years it was nice to see that instead of the usual single toilet roll in each bathroom there was a whole pack, there were more dishwasher tablets than we would ever use, washing up liquid for every sink, laundry detergent for the washing machine and chilled beer, wine and water in the fridge for our arrival. These touches make settling into the house that little bit easier and are an example of how guest focused the owners are.

I cannot recommend this house enough, we had a wonderful stay and would happily go back. There are lots of things to do in the local area and some lovely beaches. Bingo the cat was very friendly and even posed with us for a family photo on our last day.
