Fabulous, exceptionally spacious, luxury City Centre apartment, close to the tourist attractions, restaurants, and shopping centres of Liverpool. Just 5-6 mins walk to the Albert Dock and Liverpool One and one minutes walk to James street station, this beautiful apartment couldn't be better located. Our lovely apartment is offered to you as a home from home. We are ideally looking for clients to stay for few weeks rather than a few days. Business people working in the area, or ex pats who like to return to the UK for some time in the year. FOR SECURITY REASONS WE DO NOT OFFER SHORT BREAKS. MINIMUM IS ONE WEEK in Summer and 2 weeks for the rest of the year. The location is quite a quiet area which belies its position so close to all the major tourist spots. Just 1 minute walk to James Street station, and 15 minute bus ride from the airport (3 euros each way) No need to trawl around the UK in the traffic, your family can come to you! You can be in central London in just over 2 hours, Chester in 40 minutes, if you tire of Liverpool which is unlikely. Whether you are a culture vulture, music fanatic, ravenous food lover or retail king or queen, Liverpool will not disappoint. And this apartment is 25 minutes door to door to Royal Liverpool Hoylake golf Course. Also great for Grand National visitors to Aintree race Course.

I first came to Moraira to check out the building progress of the Hospital Director's new villa. A favour that resulted in a complete change of life for me and my family. I now live, part most of the year, in Spain and part in Sawbridgeworth, Herts..

I am in love with Liverpool! The city is so full of life and there is so much to do. Culture, shopping , and entertainment just about sum it up. There is something for everyone here and I have always wanted an apartment right in the centre of it all. There are pop concerts, orchestras, museums, historical architecture , art including the modern Tate gallery, comedians, restaurants galore, pubs, bars many with fabulous live bands, the Cavern Club , home of the Beetles, events like "the Giants are coming" in July 2014, football, you name it, Liverpool has it all. What makes it for me though are in indigenous population of Liverpudlians that just make the whole place special. They are warm, friendly and funny. (Even the miserable ones are funny!!)
If you like lots of space, you'll love this apartment. Its over 100 square meters. Larger than most houses. It is light and airy and very comfortable. But the location is what makes it 5 star!

Liverpool is an amazing city and this apartment is an amazing place to stay while you explore. The apartment is a great size and has everything you need. Alex is awesome and was always available when I had a question. The apartment coulnd't be better located, it's so close to everything.

We were very happy about this beautiful, clean and tasteful apartment. The stay was a nice time for us. Again and again!
We visited Liverpool for just shy of a month and Jill's apartment was the perfect rental for us. We cook a lot of meals at home and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything from measuring cups and cutting boards, to tupperware and spices. The location is perfect - the famous UNESCO Albert Docks and Beatles museum are a 5-8 minute walk down to the Mersey, and the massive outdoor shopping center, Liverpool One, is also a 5-minute walk away. The city is very walkable and there are dozens of pubs, cafes, restaurants, and wonderful buildings to keep your smart phone busy taking pics.
Even the locals we interacted with said that our location was perfect for visiting and "walking" Liverpool. If you need the train or bus, they're within 5-8 minutes as well. We already look forward to our next visit!
I cannot say enough about this apartment. The flat itself is gorgeous - full of light and well designed for business travelers. I was able to work comfortably while enjoying the views of nearby architecture. The building is centrally located within walking distance of shops, restaurants and museums. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. Alex, who met me, went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and to orient me to the city. I was ready to stay longer! I highly recommend this place to anyone staying for awhile in Liverpool.
My husband, daughter and I recently stayed in the apartment at Beetham Plaza in Liverpool. What can I say; it was a fantastic location, spacious, clean and overall a very positive experience.
The location in particular was amazing, close to the Pier, close to shopping, incredible choice of restaurants, pubs and locals, all within easy walking distance. The Liverpool Lads are just down the road.
The apartment itself was much, much larger than we anticipated (especially for English standards), great space, very clean and bright and extremely well presented and decorated. All amenities were available.
Would we stay at Beetham Plaza again? You bet! Exceptional value for the accommodations offered.
This is the second time we have stayed here. We were made very welcome by the lady who met us with the keys, she gave us full instructions on how to use the facilities and gave us some welcome goodies, which after a long journey was very much appreciated. The apartment is spacious, clean and in an ideal location close to shops, cafes, everything that you would need to enjoy your stay. Customer service was excellent I would recommend this apartment to friends and relatives. A lovely place will most definitely stay here again.

And last but not least, you have the fabulous indigenous population of Liverpudians. Some of the funniest and friendliest people in the world! I don't think there is a city in Europe so loved and enjoyed by its local population. They have it all , and they are happy for you to come and share it.

Prices are inclusive of water, council tax, service charges. Final clean and linen hire is included for stays of 30 days or more. Otherwise cleaning and laundry charge may be extra depending on length of occupancy and number of people/bedrooms required. Please enquire. We operate a Fair Energy Policy. An allowance for prudent/normal use is included. Heavy energy uses are charge at 20p per unit over the allowance.
